The bathroom is all in green mosaic. The pride of this apartment is the view of a venetian canal that can be seen from the two balconies of the living room or the bedrooms.
The kitchen, perfectly equipped, suits the great Italian gastronomical tradition. Marco Polo has all the necessary equipment: dishwasher, air conditioning, TV , toaster, hair-dryer, iron and autonomous heating.

Location - The apartment is located in a strategic area, because it’s just few minutes from Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia railway station and very close to Canal Grande, the final destination of the journey to the most beautiful square in the world: Piazza San Marco.
The nearest ferryboat stop is San Marcuola; the railway station and Piazzale Roma can be easily reached by walking. At a stone’s throw from Marco Polo there is the Strada Nuova, Venice main street where every day you can choose a different restaurant among the numerous restaurants of the area or, for those who prefer cooking at home, you can buy the typical products in a grocer’s shop. The flat is 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge, where you can find many souvenir shops. Good place and not a bad location- depending on how / you arrive in Venice , collecting the key candy then going to the apartment is a little inconvenient.

Family of 4 to Venice

We loved this place. The neighborhood is out of the tourist area and gives a view of Venice living. Location was a short walk from a number of vaporetti stops. Apartment was clean, cool, and simple to navigate. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Ritorno a Venezia sempre magica Appartamento grande in ottima posizione Cucina attrezzata camere comode e grande soggiorno bagno con grande doccia Segnalerei solo la necessità di attrezzi per la pulizia una scopa è un mocio e qualche utensile in più in cucina sostituire un pentolino ormai consunto Inoltre alcune lampadine bruciate da sostituire

Bel appartement mais sale

Bel appartement situé dans le quartier calme du Cannaregio, toutefois un peu loin du centre. Pour ceux qui aiment découvrir en marchant, c'est parfait. Toutefois, à notre arrivée, le réfrigérateur était coupé et fermé, le congélateur avait coulé partout et sa porte était cassée. Nous avons dû commencer par éponger. Le tapis et les canapés étaient recouverts de miettes et de cheveux. La douche était sale et l'appartement plein de poussière. Nous n'avons jamais pu nous connecter à la wifi, que nous avons d'ailleurs dû chercher et brancher nous-mêmes. Il n'y avait pas de torchon ni d'étendoir à linges ou de fil à étendre, juste une vieille pastille de lave-vaisselle toute mouillée et qq millimitres de produit vaisselle, 3 rouleaux de papier WC et une éponge. C'est vraiment dommage, car cet appartement a dû cachet, mais les commodités sont absentes et le ménage n'était pas fait depuis un sacré moment.
