OCEANFRONT Salvo - Colony Drive - Experience BELLA BREZZA at this custom designed beach front house. Lounge in the pool while the ocean waves curl just over the dunes. Take a moment of peace on one of the two upper decks to watch the sunrise over the ocean and feel the salt air. Ease into the bubbly hot tub. Inside, come together in the great room and queue up a movie on the home theater system. Large windows offer the perfect natural light for the open home. Cook dinner in the modern kitchen with room to move around. The family can eat together at the dining table, or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar. Steal away to the desk to work from home, or read one of the offered books.

Finish the day in the master king bedroom on the second level. Let the rest of the family choose from one of the four bedrooms on the first level. Three masters and the pyramid bunk bedroom on this level make for the perfect private oasis on vacation. You’ll be feeling the BELLA BREZZA even after you leave this home.

Amazing!

This home is fabulous. If you enjoy bright, open interior spaces, decks with endless views of the ocean, a short walk to an expansive soft sand beach, this place is for you! We went a bit off-season, so it was quiet and peaceful. The house was beautiful, clean, updated and so comfortable. The beach was a short walk over the dunes, the pool was clean and the hot tub a fun interlude before dinner. I will definitely book again.

Beach Vacay

We had eleven people in the house….perfect amount of bedrooms and baths. The living area accommodated all of us with plenty of space to spread out. Decks and view of ocean were amazing. Pool was such an added plus to finish the day after being on beach. Proximity to ocean was perfect.

Nice property, liked the setup of the house. The house is for sale and you can see upkeep corners are being cut. Had issues with the dish washer and the half bath. Entertainment center did not really work, and a few other things

Family Vacation

The house is beautiful and almost exactly as described. It was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and the beach was very nice. The only brief issue we had was that the notes on the fridge said that the bed linens would be on the beds. After a panicky search, we found them in cases in the garage. Also, the pictures on vrbo don’t accurately show the amount of stairs to get to the living room/kitchen. Could be useful info for anyone with health issues. But we loved the stay and had a blast. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Hi Marti, Thank you for your review, we are extremely happy that you enjoyed your stay on Hatteras Island and with us! Please accept our sincere apologies for the miscommunication about the linens. During Covid 19 we felt that leaving the linens sealed in the plastic fresh from the laundry was safer than having our team make up the beds. We did this to ensure our guest health and safety. Most of the homes on Hatteras Island and on the Outer Banks are what is called "reverse floorplan" meaning the kitchen and great room are on the top floor. The reason for this, is to take advantage of the beautiful ocean and sound views. Again, thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you again next year!

Very relaxing

We had a wonderful time at the Las Almas home. It was a bit of a hike in the sand to get to the water since we are elderly but other than that everything was great. We made a very special, beautiful memory. Tragedy struck our family at Christmas and took our son. Thank heavens we have this vacation to look back on. When it is said to live life now, do not put things on hold, this is so true.
