712 Oceanfront- Private Balcony - Pools Closed

Updated 7-20-25 We can guarantee a clean, comfortable room - unfortunately - we can’t guarantee amenities at the resort. In Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole.
• Outdoor Pools are closed
• Indoor Pools and hot tubs are closed
• Tiki Bar & Restaurant are closed.
• Parking garage is closed – parking in front of building, in the lot just south of the resort or across the street off Plaza Ave. Parking is 1st come 1st served. During Special Events - We cannot guarantee a parking spot.
• Beach access from the north access road.

Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center is a convenient location on the north end of Daytona Beach.
Our condos are OCEANFRONT with a private balcony wide enough to accommodate seating.
Please ask any other owners about their balconies- the #1 complaint we hear from guests who have stayed with other owners is that they were not told that balconies were standing room only or public walkways... and not a private balcony -- Please be aware of the difference and ask before renting -- do not be disappointed!!

Many recent updates include:: ceramic tile thru entire unit, updated bathroom and shower. This condo is updated and is one of the nicest units in the building.
You will enjoy the upscale furnishings and linens, you will feel like you are right at home while staying with us.
