Family vacation in New Styra, Evoia. Only 1.5 hrs from Athens!
Very practical and well-equipped apartment in a complex of independent residences with a magnificent view to the South Evoikos Sea, 500sqm own open space, own garden, BBQ, wood oven, private parking for 3 cars and only 50m from the sea! Ideal for families with small kids. Let them play around and enjoy the view.
A 50m path will take you to our lovely sandy beach where you will have your own sun shelter, so you don't need to carry any umbrellas, sun loungers etc. The sea is shallow and sandy and most of the time calm. A perfect combination for your kids to enjoy games in the water, while you re sunbathing.
The house is located 7 km from Styra Village, in a quiet area, but if you prefer some more action or social life, it will take you only 10-15 min to the center of the village where you can find traditional Greek Tavernas and Fish Tavernas, Restaurants and Bars.

Hello. I am George Hatzis, I have a four-member family composed of Sophia (the artist) Chrysa (the activist) and Elena (the big boss). We have precious memories from this place in Styra since both my daughters were babies. We all love not only the house but the beach, the sea and our wonderful neighbors there.
My daughters are still very young but due to their commitments at school and other activities, we don't spend anymore the time we would wish for our summer house.
So, that's a good opportunity to accommodate you and share with you this magnificent place.

It's a very practical and well-equipped house, ideal for summer vacation. In the house, you can find all you need for a comfortable stay, but I guarantee that you will spend most of your time outdoors, enjoying the view, playing with your kids in the garden, enjoying the beach or even barbequing.
