Chalet Martin da Fist is located at 1500 above the town of Caderzone Terme (TN), the detached house is located in a beautiful clearing near other huts of the villagers kind and helpful people. the house consists of an outdoor terrace equipped with table and dining with a view of Val Rendena and the Brenta Dolomites, the interior consists of a living room with cooking area equipped with gas, wood stove with oven, refrigerator and all the necessary flatware pots and a blind bathroom with shower and wood boiler. Upstairs you reach it with a spiral staircase there are two bedrooms one double and one with 2 bunk beds. Martin da Fist is a point of reference for reaching the high altitude mountain lakes, the San Giuliano refuge with its lakes where you can practice fishing, the Garzone lake for fishing and collecting mushrooms and wild fruits, and many paths to explore the surrounding landscape. a wonderful holiday in the green to relax ...

Zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir sehr herzlich auf italienisch von den Gastgeber:innen empfangen. Von der angegebenen Adresse in Caderzone Terme aus ging es dann über einen sehr engen und steilen Weg über 6km ca. 700 Höhenmeter nach oben zur Unterkunft. Die Rampen sind teilweise so steil, dass wir daraufhingewiesen wurden vorher den Fahrradträger von der Anhängerkupplung zu nehmen um nicht aufzusetzen. (Die Räder haben die Gastgeber:innen in ihren Transporter geladen und hoch gefahren.) In der Hütte bekamen wir dann eine Einweisung für Aufbereitung von Warmwasser, des Gasherdes und der Solaranlage. Um warmes Wasser zu haben, muss man täglich einen Kessel mit Holz befeuern. Die Heizung funktioniert auf die gleiche Weise. Ob Strom vorhanden ist, hängt von den Sonnenstunden und dem individuellen Stromverbrauch ab. Bei uns gab es aber keine Probleme, der Kühlschrank lief ununterbrochen und auch das täglichen Laden von Handys und anderen elektronischen Geräten war kein Problem.
Ansonsten findet sich in der Unterkunft alles was man benötigt und die Gastgeber:innen waren immer ansprechbar bzw. haben sich nach dem Wohlergehen erkundigt.
Das Haus steht auf einer Alm auf ca. 1.700 m und bietet eine herrliche Sicht auf das Brenta-Massiv. Es ist absolut ruhig und inmitten von Natur.
Wanderungen Richtung Adamello-Massiv sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich.
