The house is located in the quiet Urbanization Parque Sofía de Fuengirla, near the Castle and the center.
It is a very bright house and is distributed in 3 bedrooms with access to terraces where, due to its west orientation, you can enjoy the fantastic Fuengirola sun throughout the year, while looking out to sea. It has two complete bathrooms with a bathtub and a kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped.

An annual winter get-away.

We have been "wintering over" on the Costa del Sol for eight years now. Staying in various places over the years. February we stayed at this apartment, It really is first class. With two south facing balconies to relax/eat out on. The three bedrooms were a bit over the top considering it was only my wife and I staying there. The whole apartment was so clean, fresh and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. The Thursday cleaning lady was a nice bonus touch. Our car was safely parked in the garage beneath the apartment bloque. A superb holiday apartment. Oh and we can attest to it being wheelchair friendly as my wife managed to fall and fracture her femur on the third day of our stay in Fuengirola! Would stay there again. K & V
