Well equipped and maintained Spartina would be a great choice for your vacation destination. Just a short drive to the Cape Point for fishing or just relaxing on the beach! All guests need to bring linens, towels, and paper products. Spartina is decorated and furnished to the owners taste. Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Pots/Pans, Dishes, Cutlery, Silverware, Glasses, Mattress Pads, Pillows and Blankets/Comforter are provided. Reservation Fees, Partial Stay Fees, Pet Fees, Tax and Insurance Apply.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $50.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Good location

Everything was great and in a good location to town and to the beach. The dishwasher was broken and couldn’t be repaired or replaced while we were there. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall a great place and one that we would rent again

Will stay again!

Awesome stay for the week. Great location, dog friendly, great neighbors, very well stocked kitchen. We brought our boat. We had our own boat ramp and tie up. It made it so easy to go out and fish the sound. This will definitely be our go to property when visiting OBX for now on.

Buxton vacation

The only part of my vacation I didn't like was the noise the neighbors across the road would make all hours of the night. Family fueding in the day. Lots of yelling, horns blowing, and motors reving.
