Cidadelha, Santa Maria de Avioso is a rural area 12Km North of Porto. The apartment is installed in the 1st floor of a corn granary of a former local farm. Easily accessible both from Northwest and Northeast of Portugal, close to the Ways of Saint James, and 10Km East of Porto's airport, 3km from Porto metro.
These former farmhouses and granaries rose in late 18th c. with the corn production cycle, together with wine, wheat, linen and a few cattle.
