Waterfront home on beautiful Lake Chelan in Manson, Wa. The living room includes vaulted ceilings, accent lighting , Huge stone fireplace, comfortable contemporary furnishings , large flat screen TV, DVD, Radio-CD-player stereo system, Pioneer DVD speaker system. The dining area has a large table with seating for 8 with spectacular lake and mountain views, and adjacent access to side patio (lake view, of course). The kitchen has a lake view, is modern and fully equipped and appointed. The Master Suite is located on the main floor, master bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower area, and double sink vanity counter. Brand new (2018) Weber gas BBQ, washer and dryer, upstairs 1 bedroom with queen bed. Brand new Trex boat dock for ski boats, jet skis, etc. You are steps away from Manson with shops and wineries.

Best family+friends vacation in a LONG time!

This place was the perfect location on the lake - on the water, out of the crowds, and was fully appointed to feed a crowd. We made dinner for the kids, then we walked to town for dinner. Amazing restaurants to choose from in Manson with fantastic live music. Got home and all ages of kids had found the game drawer and were having a blast. Everyone slept like babies and swam all day long. We're definitely coming back!

Great Venue

Location was right on the lake. It was our own personal swimming pool where my nephew swam every day. House had everything we needed. Again, to wake up to the beauty of lake Chelan every morning is a treat.

Summer vacation 2023

This is our second time at the lake house. Beautiful location within walking distance to all the shops and a short drive to local trails and parks. Swimming area in front of patio is shallow enough for smaller children and there are kayaks available on site. Excellent communication from the owner and the cleaning staff had everything immaculate. We will definitely be returning to this property in the future.

Great Location

You can’t beat the location - just a 2-minute walk to main street Manson. Great for wine tasting as you can leave your car at the house and walk to a half-dozen tasting rooms. Driveway affords ample parking for your boat trailer and several cars, which is a hard-to-find feature in a waterfront property on Lake Chelan. Upstairs bedrooms are small but adequate. Owner has installed mini-split ac/heat upstairs for tenant’s comfort. Lots of room downstairs for family and guests. You’ll deal directly with the owner, who is very kind, and is quick to respond should you have any issues or questions. The property is showing it’s age a bit. If you are expecting something out of Better Homes and Gardens, you’ll be a little disappointed. If you temper your expectations, you’ll enjoy a comfortable vacation rental in a very desirable location. Would stay again … J Anacortes, WA

Perfect Getaway

If you want to visit Lake Chelan, this is the property to do so with. The house is very cool with easy access to Manson for any needs. There is a beach to the east and an empty house to the west making this a private place to stay. I brought a cooler with me for drinks, but there was an outdoor fridge that was perfect for them instead! No need to go buy ice. There was a grill and plenty of outdoor seating with two tables abd a few end tables. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. Great for families and friends. Communication with the host was great, I was able to reach out with any questions and had all the info before arriving and the check in and check out process was extremely easy.

Perfect get away place for family

We love the view from the back of the house . Even though we had our vacation early in the spring and water was a little too low so fish off the dock but we were able to bring our boat and fish right in front of the house . Communication was great and we didn’t have to wait long for the responses at al!

Fantastic Lakefront Property

Great vacation home suitable for groups of all ages. The place was equipped with absolutely everything you need but the outdoor space steals the show. There are multiple seating spaces with an ample sun/shade combo, a new gas grill, as well as a great dock and breakwater for your boat or for swimming. Our group would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect!

I can’t imagine a better way to spend fathers day weekend. We brought our boat and tied it out front. Fished off the dock and off wapato point and caught our fair share of Kokanee for dinner on the BBQ. Walked into Manson for food and drinks and spent our days swimming off the dock and basking in the amazing beauty of lake Chelan. The house is clean and comfy and is in the best location in town. Hope to book this place again soon.

We loved our visit ... terrific location right on the water, and on a quieter cove/area of Lake Chelan which was great for kids to paddle around on kayaks and paddleboards Property had all the amenities needed for a great escape ... amazing views, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, outdoor seating and tables, etc Would definetley visit again!

Great location and dock

The dock was great for mooring the boat for the weekend. Plenty of parking for cars and boat trailer. The location to downtown Manson and Wapato couldn’t be beat. We never had to drive our car. Beds were comfy, kitchen was great, and the backyard/dock area were really nice to hang out on. Only comment is if you have little kids, there are lots of little Knick knacks and decorations in the house. We had to be on watch a lot with our “curious” 2yo.

Fun by the lake
