A very nice apartment close to the beach in a quiet and standing residence.
2 room apartment 28 m2 on the 1st floor with elevator in a quiet residence, 'The Grand Cap', capacity for 2 people, 50 m from the beach, shopping center Villers 2000 at 50m.
The apartment includes: an entrance, a living room / lounge with flat screen TV, DVD, large balcony (sunny) with furniture, kitchenette open to the living room, with fridge, 2 electric plates, mini electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker , electric kettle, dishes and kitchen utensils, a bedroom with a new double bed (140cmX190cm), bathroom, separate toilet, hair dryer. Very clean.
Secure & private parking numbered in the residence.
