The condo was clean, nice balcony, large shower, nice loft (we used it to store our suitcases) very nice pool, the outside area/community landscape was well taken care of. We rented a golf cart during our stay. The parking lot was about 5 min of walking time away. The condo also has bikes. Tracy the owner; was very nice, great communication And answered all my questions. Me and my wife would stay here again.

Sunset on Southard is a prime location. Having 2 bikes is a bonus and adds to the fun. We enjoyed the pool, Fort Zachary Beach and walking to Blue Heaven for breakfast multiple times. The balcony is a great place to relax and still enjoy the weather.

Great location

We loved the location of this property. It's so close to everything we wanted to do. Also we enjoyed the bikes. The back porch was a wonderful place to sit and drink coffee.

Great Location

The Truman Annex is a great location. You are within walking distance of everything downtown and the Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and Beach. This unit was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and has a nice deck.

Great location!!

Very well maintained property. Easy walking access to everything Key West had to offer. Park pass was great, used it everyday to go over to the beach. Tracy was very easy to work with.

Great property!

Perfect for two!

This was a great place for 2 people. There is a loft bedroom but there isn't enough comfortable living room and dining seating for more than 2 people. The condo is super clean, well supplied and in a most perfect location near the beach!

Wonderful Condo

This is an awesome condo! It is very clean and well maintained. The location could not be more perfect, a short walk to everything. The deck is also great with a table and 2 chaise lounges, you can get sun or shade. I highly recommend this property!

Mother daughter getaway
