Everything wes as described. Only problem was the bed- too small to sleep 2 adults comfortably, mattress not good enough, pillows were practically non- existent. That's why overall rating was 4 stars.

Apartment was super and Maritza was a great host - was in a great location close to bars, restaurants and shops and short walk to the marina and esplanade and beach not far.I would definitely recommend Rivera Apartments - stayed in 4.1 which was very comfortable and well equipped.

This is the second time we stayed at this apartment. We stayed at end of May and was an obvious choice for our trip in December. The location is close to everything - bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is very clean and comfortable - everything you need for a holiday. Maritza is an excellent host and easy to contact. Definitely would recommend this apartment. Thank you Maritza!

The positives - great location, lovely balcony. The negative - very basic apartment, uncomfortable bed. The worst was the noise from the apartment upstairs, a women screaming, children crying. It was so bad, we moved out early.

Hello Mary, I don't usually reply to comments. But I've never had such a bad experience as yours. Unfortunately, we received complaints from neighbors during your stay, which has never happened before. A neighbor called me in the middle of the night complaining about your bad behavior and your disregard for the community rules, which are shared by elderly people and families with children. The complaints were about banging and shouting in the stairwell, which was threatening, both in the middle of the night and several other times during your stay, until the building management, concerned about your behavior, had to call the police, who came to your door to investigate. This type of behavior is unacceptable and not permitted in our community.

Great Apartment

We enjoyed our stay very much. Maritza was extremely easy to contact and check-in was very easy. She was very helpful with any questions we had regarding the apartment and provided info about things to do and see in the area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of storage in the bedroom to unpack. The bathroom was larger than we expected for an apartment and the shower was excellent. The apartment is in a great location, within a few minutes of the historic area and market, but also very close to shopping. We would recommend it to any of our friends.

A really great time

My wife and i stayed 21 days in the apartment in Alicante and we really enjoyed our time. The location is brilliant! Our host was great providing us with a map of the area and there was a little book on Alicante in the apartment giving a background and guide to places of interest, museums and art wit suggested routes, we went to them all. The host also sent suggestions on beaches to visit and places to eat. The buses are within 10 mins or under and get you everywhere for under 5 euros, there is a tram station 3 mins up the road where we took a day trip to Benidorm, near to that is a very reasonably price supermarket and next to the apartment is a Pizza place open at the weekends, very nice and very reasonable. The apartment was clean and well stocked with alll the amenities you need, the door of the washing machine does need attention though. We loved eating on the balcony and enjoying the buzz and hub bub taking place in the square with all its variety of food and drink bars. Thank for a really great time.

Sehr zentral gelegen

Diese Unterkunft ist für eine Erkundung Alicantes super gut gelegen. Tram,Bus und Bahn in der Nähe, eine tolle Markthalle, alles in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt am Rande der Altstadt. Das Apartement ist für zwei Personen super gut. Zum Stadtstrand sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß und zur Playa San Juan 30 Minuten mit der Tram.

Läget var bra och trevlig balkong för frukost. Väldigt nära till gamla staden, metro,bageri och matbutik och flygbussen. Köket var undermåligt, porslin och glas kunde varit bättre.

Dagje alicante

Gelegen in het oude centrum middenin de stad en toch dichtbij de zee. Op de 4e verdieping met een mooi overzicht over de buurt. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. We hebben heerlijk op het kleine terras kunnen zitten genieten van het heerlijke weer.
