Detached house, fantastic location - dune, beach and sea

Directly on the Noordhollands Duinreservaat is 'Huis aan de Duinen', an attractively furnished holiday home with an unobstructed view. Stylish, comfortably furnished with 3 bedrooms: two with double box spring beds and one with bunk beds. Practically equipped kitchen, with beautiful crockery and handy kitchen tools. No dishwasher, but a washing-up brush :-). Bathroom with toilet, bath and walk-in shower. Second toilet on the ground floor. Washer, dryer and extra fridge. In the barn a weber barbecue, bicycle and wagon. A wood-fired hot tub in the garden.

The house stands on an exclusive park with 9 other houses and has a lot of privacy.

At 1.5 km or 20 minutes walk, lies the 'private beach' where only walkers and cyclists can come. A beautiful place in the quiet nature.

Base for walking, cycling, horseback riding, beach, sea ,. Culture and shopping in Alkmaar (15 min), the artists' village of Bergen (20 min) and Amsterdam (30 min).

Tolles Ferienhaus in schöner Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Ortsrand zum Dünengebiet und ist praktisch ausgestattet, Die Terrasse und der Garten sind super zum Grillen und Chillen. Um den nächst gelegenen Strand schnell zu erreichen, sind Fahrräder praktisch. (Zu Fuß mit Strandgepäck waren es bei uns ca. 30min.) Belohnt wird man mit einem riesigen Strand mit feinem Sand und hohen Dünen im Hintergrund. Ein großer Supermarkt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Toll gelegenes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus

Die Lage des Hauses, direkt an dem Dünen-Naturschutzgebiet, am Ende einer Sackgasse für PKWs und in 10/20 Minuten von einem wenig besuchten Strand mit Strandbude (Fahrrad/zu Fuß) ist fast nicht zu toppen. 10 Minuten mit dem Rad ist man in Egmond-Binnen um Brötchen zu holen, genauso weit mit dem Auto ist man bei Albert Hein in Egmond a.d. Hoef - hier gibt es täglich alles. Wir fanden das Haus hübsch und den Garten toll. Besonders der Holz-Pool hat Freude bereitet (leider nicht dem Nachbarn, der sich durch den Qualm vom 4-std. Heizen gestört gefühlt hat). Tolles Internet, praktischer Wäscheraum und nette Nachbarn (trotz des Qualmes) runden das gute Bild ab. Es war etwas wenig Geschirr da, die Klobürsten könnten auch mal erneuerten werden und an einigen Tagen war erstaunlich viel Flugverkehr zu hören. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und wir würden wieder buchen!

Sehr schön gelegen

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Dünenreservat und 2 km zum Strand. Das Haus ist klein aber fein und es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Im Garten konnte man herrlich entspannen. Der Vermieter hat im Vorfeld sehr nett auf unsere Anfragen reagiert und war auch vor Ort immer schnell telefonisch erreichbar.

Goede locatie

Prima huisje met wat achterstallig onderhoud, niet goed schoongemaakt, geweldige locatie, zeer benaderbare eigenaar. Hot tub is niet echt bruikbaar, moet eerst worden geschrobd, gespoeld, gevuld en gestookt en heeft geen bankjes om op te zitten.

Prachtige locatie, heel vriendelijke eigenaar

Het huisje is knus en praktisch ingericht. De hottub is een leuke ervaring, je moet er wel even de tijd voor nemen. De eigenaar is heel behulpzaam en reageert snel bij vragen. De locatie is helemaal top, vooral als je van rust en natuur houdt!

gute Lage, um schnell in der Metropole Amsterdam zu sein, aber auch geeignet für eine Auszeit in der Natur. Ferienanlage mit einigen dieser Häuser, aber alles sehr ruhig. Man ist dort für sich. Nicht weit zum Meer. Abstecher in eine gemütliche Kleinstadt Alkmaar lohnt sich; Unterkunft ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles schön aufgeteilt; zwei Zimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und ein drittes mit Doppelstockbett direkt neben einem Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Bad mit Wanne und sehr schöner Dusche und einer Toilette; separates zusätzliches WC

Schönes Haus, wunderbare Natur

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche in dem schönen Haus an den Dünen; der Kontakt mit Joep und Beatrijs lief hervorragend und schnell, das Haus war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Lage direkt an den Dünen ist fantastisch, die Natur wunderschön. Jederzeit wieder!

Entspannte Spätsommerwoche

Schön und geschmackvoll eingerichteter Wohnbereich mit großer Schiebetür zur Terasse/Garten. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Bad groß mit Dusche und Badewanne. Nur die Schlafzimmer sind etwas klein und schlicht, aber auch ok. Schöne Lage direkt angrenzend an Feld- und Dünenlandschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut betreut gefühlt und fanden es sehr entspannt.

Pure relaxation

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful house. The location at the nature reserve and the dunes is excellent. The small beach and the nearest beach bar were enough for us. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and got to know and love the hottub. The communication with the landlords was very pleasant, fast and very friendly. We would come back anytime.
