The apartment benefits from being in close proximity to the Lazure Marina and Beach Resort and offers everything you will need for a perfect holiday. Suitable for a couple or family with 1 child. The accommodation comprises of 2 rooms and a bathroom.
One large room with king-size bed and a two-seater sofa bed, with French doors opening to balcony with sea view.
A separate, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs.
Bathroom with bath and shower over and a washing machine.
Also, private entrance with fenced Terrace, and South facing Balcony with that all-important sea view. Both, the balcony and the terrace, are furnished. Situated on the 1st floor of a house and includes; Free Parking for a small car, Free Wi-Fi, Flat-screen TV, and Air Condition unit. Also supplied are bed linen, hand/bath and kitchen towels, iron, hairdryer, pots&pans, cups, glasses&cutlery. liquid soap and washing up liquid provided. The Beach, Bus stop, Supermarkets, and Restaurants are 5 min walk away. Doctors and hospital nearby. Depending on the length of stay, the apartment will be cleaned and bed linen and towels changed every 7-10 days.
Please note: There us a small hill on the approach to the apartment and as such it may not be suitable for people with mobility problems.
Important: An additional fee of €1.20 per person, per night is due in cash on arrival, payable to the local authority.

A great place to stay.

This is a great place to stay. We really liked the accommodation, especially the location and the layout. The accommodation was clean and in good condition with all essential necessities. Snezana was very pleasant and helpful, what made our trip easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this apartments to everyone who is going to stay in Montenegro and spend some time in a lovely place like we did.

Relaxing. Easy. Amazing scenery.

My husband and I had a lovely 10 days in this large, modern studio apartment. Everything was as advertised and much more. Early morning coffee on the balcony with a sea view was most enjoyable, although sampling the local wine in the evening was equally memorable. The owners were helpful and charming and even organized our overnight trip to Zabljak where we experienced white water rafting. The scenery was unbelievable! It definitely deserves another visit.

My husband and I are married British couple of Montenegrin origin. We are both retired and spend the summers in Montenegro, but the rest of the year in England (West Sussex). We are very lucky, we have the best of both worlds and living the dream! We have a daughter and 2 two grandchildren.

What makes this property unique

The closeness to the beach and local facilities. The view from the balcony!
The apartment is small but comfortable and beautifully put together for a summer holiday. Perfect for couples or young family.
