Great location and nice appartment with an amazing views of the Bay. Also a short walk to the beach and the local bus stop. Bit of a climb up hill to the apartment but if you dont fancy the exercise, the local cabs are very cheap. Christian and Julia are very helpful and always on hand to answer any questions.

Unfortunately, I think this listing was written quite a few years ago. Although the apartment has a spectacular view/balcony and a nice pool, it is not what I would list as "Luxury"The apartment was seemingly clean on first inspection but a closer look showed a little bit more attention to detail was needed with the cleaning.Rooms where bright and airy but the shower in the ensuite, the filter was filthy (not sure when it was last cleaned) The oven also needed a good scrub (crumbs from the previous tenant still in the trays)There was no TV or internet??!The electric metal blinds in the main bedroom, one set didn't open/work.We had to wait in the boiling hot weather for check-in because the keys hadn't been left in the security box as written in the check in notes.Julia the property manager had to come across the island which took a good 2 hours!! We were lucky enough to have the pool to dip into but not a great first impression. We did speak with the owner Christan and Julia about the TV/WiFi and we were informed they had run out (not sure how TVs run out)!? Julia did drop off a SIM card to add to the router but we couldn't work out how to add it!!? We only had 3 days left of our holiday. Luckily we had our esims to rely on. The pool is pleasant but again photos of the apartment must be old, as tiles are coming off and it needs a complete refurb. The road up to the apartment is super super steep! There no way you could walk it in the heat! We left feeling disappointed

We have taken note of your comments and are sorry to hear about your poor experience in our apartment. We have asked Julia to check the issues you raised for future guests and to ensure the key is always in the lockbox, as specified in the document sent to you. Regarding the television, the issue was not the TV itself, but rather the card inserted into the decoder, the validity of which had just expired. As for the Wi-Fi, the router had to be replaced, resulting in a new network name and password; you were simply unlucky there. It is true that the Acacia Hill complex is situated on a hill—which is precisely why it offers the superb view you mentioned in your review. While the walk up can be difficult in hot weather, accessing the property by car is no problem at all. Best regards,

We got very lucky finding this accommodation. We had faced a last-minute cancellation elsewhere in Montenegro, by a property owner we had rented from months in advance on Expedia, leaving us in a real bind, including international travel. We found this location on short notice, two days before travelling to Montenegro. It turned out to be a dream rental. First of all, the view from the apartment is STUNNING, up the side of a small mountain overlooking the Bay of Kotor. You could not ask for anything more beautiful. Second, the apartment was well lit, equipped, and spacious. The infinity pool for guests is outstanding, and we made use of it every day.Third, this is an outstanding and underrated location. Denovici and its beach, a short walk away, are fantastic, as are nearby Porto Novi (walkable) and beautiful Herceg Novi. Fantastic cities like stunning Perast are a short drive away. There are ample shopping, restaurants, and other businesses nearby. It was very easy to communicate with the host, and the local manager was helpful with issues, including paying the tourist tax online. The only downsides are that the walk (or drive) up and down the mountain is quite steep, and the Internet in the apartment was nearly unusable; it was very slow and frequently cut out. Even our mobile phone coverage was not great to hotspot in, which was a challenge because we were on a working holiday.Overall, we didn't want to leave when our stay was over, and we hope to go back.

logement non conforme à l'annonce. .

Fantastic Apartment

Had a wonderful time at the apartment, views amazing, clean and very spacious. Fantastic infinity pool, very relaxing. Hill up to apartment a challenge although that’s the pay off for the fabulous views. Djenovici a charming rustic seaside resort and well placed to visit Kotor Bay Area. All in all a great holiday with outstanding scenery! Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️

perfect apartment in a fascinating location

We had a wonderful week, the apartment is very clean, modern and has a stunning view over the bay of Kotor. Mr. Tamovic was very nice and helpful during our stay. The apartment is very well located: some minutes to walk to the beaches and really good restaurants, and by car to the attractions of Montenegro. We can recommand this apartment to everyone.

Great apartment!

We really enjoyed our holiday in Montenegro and the apartment was really great. The views were amazing from all the rooms in apartment. It was great to have balcony to look out onto the view. Our children loved the infinity pool! We also really liked the location an it was easy enough to drive around the country and visit other towns. The drive up to the apartment was very very steep but with a car it's not an issue. Communication with the owner was very good. A few of the mosaic tiles were missing from the pool area and our daughter hurt her hand on this. Suggest that this should be rectified.
