My place is located in beatiful Stoliv - Kotor Bay.

The house has an excellent location with seawiev in a quiet area and only 5 m from the sea with a private pier 90m2.

The penthouse (entire floor) is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

Ecological environment, in the gardens and surroundings of the house you will find Fig trees, Kiwi, Grapes, Bouganville tree and Palmtrees.

The private terrace is the jewel of this house with approx 100m2 open space.
You will find 2 great relaxing cabanas on the terrace and the feeling that you are at sea because the views around you, is just the sea.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Alex, the son of Daniel, gave us a warm welcome. Both Daniel, the owner, and Alex were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The view is absolutely stunning, and the house comes with its own parking spot right by the road, which is very convenient. Definitely worth it.

Absolutely incredible - Daniel was a fantastic host for my 3 friends and I. The place has 3 bedrooms with plenty of space, clean and comfy. But the best part is the balcony, the view, and that you can jump in the sea every morning. There is also a nice pool to chill out in. There are a few local restaurants you can walk to and a small nearby supermarket to grab essentials. To go to Tivat you will need a taxi and Daniel helped us organise them. Honestly, the stay was 5 stars from all of us, and if you're going to just chill out and relax it will be for you. Also a big thank you to Alex (Daniel's son) who helped us check in and Daniel's mother who baked us an apple pie. Perfect hosts. Perfect stay.

Great experience

Daniel and family were wonderful to us during our stay: responding to all inquiries with patience and kindness, picking up necessary items like bread and butter, eggs, items we could have obtained with our rental car but would have been more stressful for us to do so given the narrow and twisty road. The apt was great and when completed (still being worked on but almost there... few missing lights, ax in hallway and living room only for now), it will be a great place to stay. We enjoyed our stay very much!
