A one bedroom apartment is sitauted on the ground floor, with a three double bedroom apartment situated just above on the first floor. The property has a large split level garden, which has space on both the front and back areas of the house. The property also benefits by having two car parking spaces available for staying guests. The property has panoramic stunning sea and mountain views and has been finished and furnished to a good standard, offering comfort and all mod cons for staying guests. This family friendly property would be an ideal choice for families or for a group of friends.The property is just a short 5-10 minutes comfortable walk away to the nearby seafront and beaches. The beaches are typically small and family friendly in this immediate area. Conveniently there is also a local food market shop just a short 0-5 minute walk away. The property is situated in a quaint small village, in the magnificent Boka Bay; and is only a 7 km distance away from the historical large town center of Herceg Novi.

Fantastic break

Wonderful host, fantastic communication. We loved our stay in the villa, lots of areas to sit & relax whilst kids played all day in the pool. Lots of great restaurants & beaches to walk to & we used the gym in PORTONOVI would definitely recommend or return

Villa with private pool & view to Adriatic

Very friendly hosts and easy welcoming! Thanks Gordana & her dad Milan for all the efforts. The holiday home basically consists of two separate appartments (upper & lower) whereas the upper has three bedrooms and a rather rustic open kitchen. Two bedrooms appear very well and the third still needs some finishing. The same is valid for the living room. The kitchen kind of appears a bit improvised. We did miss a coffee maker and toaster. The lower appartment has a good bathroom and kitchen (bar style). The bed room seems to need some ventilation though. The big asset is the very well made private pool that really makes the difference. Our boys loved it. Overall, I suggest to focus a bit more on housekeeping and cleaning. We had the feeling that is was a bit overpriced after all.

Great flat with a stunning view of the Bay

We had an absolutely wonderful time here. The villa was very comfortable, had a great pool and was close to the beach/restaurants etc. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond to any queries we had. Highly recommended.
