Interior size is 52m2 and balcony is6m2. It is located on floor: 0. The accommodation has one air conditioner. Air conditioning is located in the living room. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in front of the building.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 4 person
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 2 extra beds (2 sofa beds foldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and it is is free of charge.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 10€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

Pleasant stay in Rovinj

Everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. It can host two adults with children. The living room and the dining area are separated which is a plus especially if you stay with more people. Elida the host is very nice and she also provided me with ironing equipment. A washing machine is available which comes very handy for longer stays.

Fantastic views from top floor apartment

We enjoyed the privacy of the apartment and the fantastic views from the very secluded balcony. It’s clean, the bed simple and the kitchenette equipped with the basics. Coffee machine and filters were very much appreciated:) Very spacious and clean bathroom. Set in a residential area with good walking distance to the town. We loved the proximity to the beautiful local Cuvi beach which has a very relaxed vibe and is a bit off the beaten track away from the crowds at other beaches. Google maps doesn’t show you any shortcuts but there are a few via stairs to get around quicker. Also close to the beautiful National Park. Supermarkets, pharmacy etc close by. We loved restaurant Maslina close by, excellent pizzas and the fish, meat & pasta dishes looked delicious too. Elida and her husband were lovely friendly hosts and, thank you!

Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento molto comodo e pulito in una posizione perfetta, zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ma vicino al centro e alle spiagge. Ci sono vicino un piccolo market ma fornito e una farmacia, poco distante c'è il supermercato. La signora Elida è una persona squisita, molto gentile e attenta che gli ospiti si trovino bene, disponibile per ogni cosa.

Pobyt uważam za udany, gospodarze obiektu byli sympatyczni i pomocni.

Lokalizacja obiektu - spokojna część miasta, ok. pół godziny pieszo od centrum. Korzystaliśmy z własnych rowerów, tym samym mogliśmy spędzać czas na różnych plażach i zatoczkach.

Wir hatten das Apartment im 1.Stock mit Balkon Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und es ist nicht weit zum Strand oder in die Stadt Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und somit waren wir immer schnell am Strand oder in der Stadt Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht Das wlan ist gut und der Fernseher hat auch deutsche Programme Die Vermieterin Elida ist freundlich und nett und hat sich um alles gekümmert

Bilo nam je super. Zelo prijazna lastnica, urejen apartma, lastnica je komunikativna, nudi pomoč in nasvete, redno menjava brisače in posteljnino. Apartma je v mirnem predelu Rovinja, zagotovljeno parkirišče. Na lokacijo se bomo še vrnili. Priporočamo.
