A Great Apartment In The Middle Of It All!

This apartment is centrally located in an area perfect for those wanting to stay near the cultural heartbeat of music city. It's situated conveniently near Music Row, Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities, Edgehill Village, Hillsboro Village, 12th South, and the Gulch/Downtown. $7 and an Uber app on your phone will get you to almost any point of interest or great restaurant our city has to offer.

You'll enjoy 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed & 2 twin beds) and a living room with a sofa bed. High speed internet, cable, 2 televisions, and a washer/dryer make you feel instantly at home. Also the kitchen is fully appointed with all the necessities for staying in and cooking a meal if you want.

There are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed available in the apartment.

Bedroom 1: Features a queen bed and television.
Bedroom 2: Features 2 twin beds.
Living Room: Features a sofa bed with a queen mattress and a television.
Both bedrooms have a fan and all rooms have easy access to outlets and USB charging.


- The hall closet contains extra towels, and there are extra sheets in each bedroom closet. There is a hair dryer, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom should you need it.

Great decision to stay here! Close to downtown, reasonable cost for Uber if you don’t want to take your personal vehicle. The apt was very cozy and clean! Most importantly, The beds were incredibly comfortable. We will never stay anywhere else!

This was just the cutest place surrounding a quieter neighborhood. The host REALLY goes above and beyond making sure you have everything “extra” needed for your stay. While our trip was just one night- we will be booking again when we have a couple more days to spend in the area. Only complaint I can give is of absolutely no fault of the host… the mowers came shortly after we arrived and blew grass clippings all over our freshly washed vehicle. Wish they’d have been a bit more cautious. Great place!

This house is perfect! It was super clean and had all of the amenities. Broadway was a 35 minute walk but the walk was beautiful. The Ubers were 15-20 except for Saturday night. Would definitely stay here again!
