Beautiful house, dressed up perfectly for Christmas. We had a wonderful stay. Lovely big oven (perfect for a Christmas dinner), facilities and the hot tub. Would stay again.
Very well placed, close to Bude and beach, within easy drive of Tintagel Castle.Hot tub was good, and plenty of space in house both upstairs and downstairs.
We had a great time staying at Rose Barn, the property was clean and had everything we needed, the hot tub was also lovely! Check in was straight forward.
Location was also great, our dogs loved it! Hopefully will be back again one day.

Stayed with my partner and Mum. Such a wonderful, clean and receptive place. Loved every single minute of our holiday and the accommodation was paramount to that.
Will be back numerous times.

Thankyou for choosing to stay with us and we hope to see you again soon.
We are a group of six adults and two dogs who spent a week at Rose Barn in July 2021, we had a warm welcome from the owners who were also on hand for any queries we may have had. The house was spotlessly clean and very welcoming, with everything you need from your holiday accomodation, a real home from home. The addition of the hot tub was a great bonus. We all had a great stay and all agreed that we would stay here again.

Absolutely no issues. Lovely setup of the house for 8 people and 2 dogs. In a quiet area, with privacy throughout your stay. Short drive to local supermarkets.

We have recently stayed at this property and it is an absolute gem! Despite the unprecedented weather, we had a wonderful time; the cottage is perfect, it remained warm and cosy and the hot tub is a real treat! It was in a great location, good for exploring the local area and Katie and Doug are wonderful hosts. They dealt with any query we had quickly and without any fuss. Thank you! We would certainly love to go back, but perhaps with better weather! Good luck for the future, you deserve to do so well!

Rose Barn
my overall impression was Rose Barn could have a revamp, the property was very large but looked tied, in some rooms they were uncomfortable eg setee recline ,master bedroom bed barbecue rust, for the price for 4 days was expensive and i would have expected slightly more then what was on offer plus altho the hot tub was lovely you have to pay extra on top which i thought was a bit steep as the price you pay for staying is alot. There is defentialy room for improvement. The pictures showing Rose Barn were a bit decieving . The owner was polite. The area was very peaceful and close by to beeches, etc. Boscastle is well worth a look very intresting little town.
Beautiful converted barn with all home comforts. Great location and within walking distance to sea.
Super family holiday home that accommodates dogs so the whole family can be all together. The jacuzzi was a treat and the round living room was a beautiful feature. The field adjacent was well used for dog walking and cricket matches with the family! BBQ was excellent. Widemouth bay has great surf schools and gorgeous coastal walks. The fishmongers at Black Rocks, Widemouth was awesome - delicious moo fish fillets and sea trout! A delightful family holiday experience - doesn’t come much better than this.......)))
It's a beautiful cottage and the management is friendly and helpful and thoughtful. Hot tub was excellent, nice Christmas decorations inside, plenty of kitchenware to use. Spacious cozy rooms, everything was simply perfect.
