The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.



The house



The house is modern and stylish, with beautiful colored details. Upstairs is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath and shower and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.



The house is fully equipped with electric stove, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, cot, high chair, air conditioning (hot / cold), unlimited internet access (WiFi) , Satellite TV and DVD player.



The outdoor area



In the garden area and by the pool you can relax in the sun. The beautiful outdoor area has a covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, parasol, garden, parking and private pool (5.5 mx 3.5 m) with solar pool heating (ideal bathing temperatures can not be guaranteed).
