Very bright apartment, not overlooked, with a beautiful panoramic view of the vineyards and the mountain. Living room overlooking a large private terrace, full sun, partly covered by a shade sail, equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers.

Comfort with air conditioning, fully equipped with appliances. Provision of internet Wifi. Possibility of parking near the house.

Close to the beach (250m) the apartment is located on a path very little used by cars because dead end. The environment is serene and bucolic, very green. The path leads through the vineyards, on one side to the hiking trails overlooking the bay of Collioure (plans made available by the owner) and on the other side to beaches (250m) and village (center 10mn to foot). Shops are at 200m: bakery, grocery store, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, anchovy trade, tobacco-press .... The use of the car is useless because the amenities are nearby. From the entrance, nice view on Fort St Elme and the old windmill.

Amazing Location

What a fantastic find. Really surprised about how short a walk it was to the beach and town, literally barely 5 minutes. Couldn't have asked for a better location, close to everything but still set in peaceful and tranquil surroundings.It was clean, tidy, beds comfy and we were met and shown round on arrival which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore Collioure x

Cet appartement est très bien situé, au calme sur les hauteurs , vue dégagée sur les vignes et près du centre du village. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.

Séjour parfait

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans ce logement. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique, donnant sur les vignes avec une vue très dégagée et la possibilité de voir de beaux couchers de soleil. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, il ne nous a rien manqué. La literie est confortable. Une petite chambre avec 2 lits une place, à prévoir pour enfants ou ados. Il est situé près des commerces et plage, à pied en moins de 10mns, un point très positif pour ne pas avoir à prendre sa voiture. Le propriétaire est disponible, à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons ce logement et espérons pouvoir y revenir une prochaine fois.

L'appartement assez spacieux ( mais chambres "cabines") est bien situé à proximité du port de Collioure . La vue depuis la terrasse est très agréable . Accueil sympathique . Bon équipement général . une bonne adresse .

Trés beau séjour, logement très bien situé dans un cadre magnifique.

Le logement est très bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur le vignoble, à 2 pas de la plage et près des commerces. Le propriétaire est très acceuillant et très disponible. Le seul bémol concerne les chambres. Les 2 sont aveugles et l’une d’elles fait environ 7m2 pour 2 personnes. Il est préférable de le louer pour 2 personnes ou 2 personnes + un enfant en bas âge, mais non pas à 4 comme indiqué dans l’annconce.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons séjourné 1semaine début Mai dans cet appartement idéalement situé à 10 mn à pied du centre ville. Nous avons apprécié le calme de cette petite résidence baignée par le chant des nombreux oiseaux qui nichent au milieu d'une végétation luxuriante... Calme et repos assurés ! Le logement est fonctionnel et très lumineux avec de belles baies vitrées et donne sur une superbe terrasse exposée Sud-Ouest. Ce fut vraiment un agréable séjour !

Mitigé!

Le bâtiment est construit à flanc de côteau et les appartements sont en "cascade" (de Matisse à Duffy en rez de jardin) avec vue d'une terrasse à l'autre selon l'appartement (le Duffy étant voisin de l'appartement du propriétaire). Nous avions réservé le Derain, mais il y a deux "Derain"! au même niveau, et le nôtre n'était pas celui de l'annonce avec une terrasse nettement moins agréable. Deux places de parking pour trois appartements (sinon parking dans petit chemin une centaine de mètres au dessus de l'appartement). Terrasse plein sud avec grande baie vitrée sans volet roulant ni store banne, parasol désué mais climatisation dans l'appartement. Les chambres sont "aveugles", literie de bonne qualité. Belle vue de la terrasse, très propre et bien aménagé, tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine, calme si les voisins le sont, très proche de la plage et des commerces à pied Accueil ponctuel.

Super séjour

Appartement hyper propre, très fonctionnel et très bien situé avec une place de parking devant la porte ce qui est non négligeable à collioure. Situé à 5 min à pied de la plage et du centre historique, le chemin de randonnée du fort St elme passe devant la résidence (pas de circulation automobile, Très calme) Atout supplémentaire : chaque appartement possède sa terrasse privée très bien agencée. Le proprioetaire est très accueillant, sympathique et prévenant. En résumé, nous y avons passé 2 séjours en famille (2 enfants) formidable, et nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Une location idéalement située et un repos assuré

La location est très propre, très fonctionnelle. L'appartement donne accès à une superbe terrasse avec une vue sur des champs de vigne. J'ai pu apprécier le calme que j'étais venue y chercher. De la résidence, on peut faire de magnifiques balades. La plage et les commerces sont à 5 minutes à pied. Je remercie encore le propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux et ne manquerai pas de revenir !

Très agréable séjour

Appartement très bien situé : au calme et à proximité de la mer et des commerces. Une terrasse très agréable et très ensoleillée. Seul petit bémol, la chambre "enfant" est vraiment toute petite. Excellente semaine malgré tout: Collioure et ses environs sont vraiment superbes. Une mention particulière à la petite vinaigrerie La Guinelle à Cosprons : à voir absolument !

Appartement de charme

Situation idéale pour cet agréable appartement, décoré avec goût et de bon confort.Il se situe au calme, sur un chemin menant vers les vignes tout en étant à 5' à pied de la plage et 10' des ruelles typiques du centre. La belle grande terrasse surplombe des jardins luxuriants et offre une jolie vue sur la colline. Quant au sympathique propriétaire, il nous a réservé un accueil très cordial et nous a prodigué de bons conseils de restos et de balades. A louer sans hésitation!

Sonnige Wohnung in ruhiger und zentrumsnaher Lage

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Michel W. war von Beginn an sehr gut, und er war jederzeit ansprechbar, da er im selben Gebäude wohnt. Bei der Anreise erhielten wir einige Tipps von ihm für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber und ordentlich, und auch die mit gebuchten Wäschepakete lagen bereit. Wir hatten die Wohnung André Derain für 14 Tage gemietet. Sie liegt nach Südwesten mit Ausblick ins Grüne, und man hört den ganzen Tag herrliches Vogelgezwitscher. Die ca. 150 Meter entfernt gelegene Bahntrasse und die recht selten durchfahrenden Züge sind dagegen nur wenig zu hören. Die Wohnung André Derain - vor allem das Wohn-/Esszimmer - ist für zwei Personen großzügig geschnitten, wobei beide Schlafzimmer (mit franz. Bett 140 cm breit bzw. mit 2 Einzelbetten) innen liegen und keine Fenster nach draußen haben. Das größere der beiden Schlafzimmer hat drei kleine Oberlichter, von denen sich eines zum Wohn-/Essraum hin öffnen lässt, aber direkt über der Küchenzeile liegt. Dadurch ist das Kochen/Braten eher eingeschränkt und auch die Frischluftzufuhr während der Nacht. Für die Beschattung der Terrasse haben wir auf Rückfrage einen Sonnenschirm erhalten, der wegen des zeitweilig starken Windes nicht immer aufgespannt werden konnte. Bei unserer Abreise sagte uns der Vermieter, dass er auch ein Sonnensegel über die Terrasse spannen kann. Da die Terrasse keine Überdachung hat bzw. die über die gesamte Breite gehende Fensterfront keine Jalousien/Klappläden außen und nur Vorhänge innen hat, erwärmt sich die Wohnung bei Sonneneinstrahlung rasch, was aber mit der Klimaanlage reguliert werden kann. Der kostenlose WLAN-Zugang hat über die meiste Zeit einwandfrei funktioniert. Einige Läden sowie 2 Strände sind in 5-10 Min. Gehweite zu erreichen. Zum Markt, zu 2 Supermärkten (Carréfour/Casino) und zu den meisten Restaurants geht man 10-15 Min., so dass man das Auto am Haus stehen lassen kann. Der Bus (1€ pro Person und Fahrt, egal wie weit an der Küste entlang) fährt ebenfalls fast stündlich in 10 Min. Entfernung ab. Der Bahnhof ist in 15-20 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar - beste Voraussetzungen für einen fast autofreien Urlaub! :-) Empfehlenswert in Collioure sind z.B. das Restaurant "Le Trémail" in der Rue Duquesne in der Altstadt (katalanisch-französische Küche mit Schwerpunkt Fisch) und die Bäckerei "Le Croissant Bleu" neben dem Carrefour Cité in der Rue de la République (hat auch Vollkornbrot/-Baguette). Appartement tres agréable

A notre arrivée, nous avons été reçu par le propriétaire qui nous a donné de très bon conseils pour organiser nos visites. Appartement confortable et fonctionnel, vaste séjour lumineux, grande terrasse avec une vue superbe, très calme, aucune mauvaise surprise. Idéalement situé car tout peut se faire a pied, la présence d'un parking est un atout indéniable, nous y avons passé une agréable semaine. Vraiment une très bonne adresse.

Schönes Apartment in Traumlage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon ist super, der Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage ruhig. In wenigen Minuten ist man mitten in der schönen Stadt oder auf einsamen Wanderwegen. Frischen Fisch kann man im Backofen zubereiten oder im Restaurant Amphytrion essen. Fazit: Ideal zu zweit! Kleines Manko für Familien: Das Kinderzimmer ist gefangen und fensterlos.
