Wir haben die Wohnung für 10 Tage gemietet. Die Ausstattung ist endlich mal auf dem Stand, den wir auch von unserer eigenen Wohnung gewohnt sind. Üblicherweise findet man in Südfrankreich sonst nur lieblos zusammengestellte Einrichtungsgegenstände und Möbel. Hier waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einen Kritikpunkt haben wir allerdings dennoch: die Bettwäsche und Handtücher, die uns bereitgestellt wurden, wirkten als hätte jemand diese aussortiert. Sie waren alt und überhaupt nicht ansprechend. Hier hätte ich etwas erwartet, dass dem Standard der Wohnung entspricht. Beim nächsten mal würde ich diese besser von zu Hause mitnehmen.

Magnifique !

Collioure est vraiment un très beau village où la vie est douce, tout comme le temps le fut durant ces trois semaines de février où nous avons pris nos vacances d’hiver. L’appartement est neuf dans une très belle nouvelle résidence située sur les hauteurs, à quelques minutes du village en voiture et à 20 minutes à pied. Le garage fermé qui est un plus indéniable, peut recevoir n'importe quel voiture, nous avons un break de 4,85 m. La vue sur la mer est splendide et nous passions parfois une partie de la journée à lire et à prendre le soleil sur la très grande terrasse très bien meublée. De même l'appartement est garni avec des meubles de qualité supérieure, tout comme l’électroménager de surcroit très complet. La literie est très confortable et la très belle douche à l'italienne complète le confort et la qualité exceptionnelle de cet appartement. Nous y retournerons avec enthousiasme. Merci aux propriétaires de mettre ce bien à disposition des vacanciers. Bon vent ! Alexandra et Alain.

Das Appartement, die Einrichtung und vor allem auch die Terrasse mit Aussicht waren absolut traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Betten sind super bequem und man schläft wunderbar, da die Wohnung super ruhig liegt. Ein kleines Minus sind leider die Mücken, aber das ist vermutlich der vorausgegangenen Regenperiode geschuldet. Wir können das Appartement uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Supertolle Wohnung!

Wir haben lange nach einer schönen Unterkunft in Collioure gesucht. Diese Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen! Sie ist modern und mit viel Geschmack und Komfort eingerichtet - einfach perfekt! Sehr bequeme Betten - tolles Bad und eine grandiose Kücheneinrichtung! Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Leider konnten wir sie aufgrund der Wetterlage kaum nutzen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer sowie mit der Concierge klappte hervorragend! Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben, da es zu diesem Zeitpunkt genügend freie Parkplätze vor dem Haus gab. Danke Sophie et Fabien!

Très bel appartement ,décoré avec soin ,cuisine équipée de tout le nécessaire ,il ne manque absolument rien.Très belle et grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique . L’appartement est très bien situé , nous avons garé notre voiture dans le garage en arrivant et ne l’avons plus touchée jusqu’au départ. Magnifique appartement avec vue mer

Magnifique appartement très recent, parfaitement situé sur les hauteurs au dessus de la corniche, à mi-chemin de Collioure et de Port Vendres. Superbe vue mer depuis le séjour et les 2 chambres qui donnent directement sur une spacieuse terrasse bien aménagée. L'appartement possède tout le confort moderne et des équipements de qualité pour passer un agréable séjour. Garage pratique en sous-sol qui résout les problèmes de stationnement un peu compliqué dans le secteur. Accueil souriant et très sympathique de Madame Duchêne lors de notre arrivée.

Excellent séjour

L’appartement est fidèle aux photos : très agréable, décoré avec goût, très bien équipé (y compris en vaisselle). Situé à égale distance du centre de Collioure et de Port Vendres, il est possible d’y aller à pied en 20-25 minutes, ce qui est pratique vu la difficulté de se garer en période d’affluence. Mme Duchêne qui gère l’accueil est très réactive donc tout est simple. Bref, une location à recommander !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de rêves dans cet appartement très confortable, avec une magnifique terrasse (aussi très appréciée des moustiques...) et une très belle vue sur la mer. Le matériel mis à disposition est égal à la qualité de l'appartement, c-à-d excellent! A noter que si le box dans le garage est très grand, l'accès avec topbox n'est pas possible. Mais il y a largement la place pour déposer celui-ci à côté. Il y a de forte chance pour que nous fassions une nouvelle demande de réservation :-D
