We offer 4 large rooms some doubles, and 3 apartments with private entrance equipped with bathroom. Guests can enjoy the courtyard equipped with tables and the cellar, a characteristic room with vaulted ceiling and exposed stone walls furnished with antique furniture.
Mandello del Lario lying on the waters of the eastern shore of Lake Como, located on a peninsula is dominated behind by the walls and towers of Grigna. it is a tourist place with an excellent climate, full of walks and climbs of all lengths and difficulties.
A corner of local history.
On the ground floor of the house there is what remains of the workshop of the great-uncle of the owner of the B & B, Giorgio Ripamonti called Ferè (blacksmith - Lombard dialect); in this workshop at the beginning of the '900 the young Carlo Guzzi was often fond of mechanics and engines and, after World War I, in 1919, he designed a motorcycle prototype realizing his dream with the help of his uncle Giorgio. Two years later, in March 1921, with his friend and partner Giorgio Parodi, Carlo Guzzi founded the Società Moto Guzzi.
A plaque that recalls this story has been placed outside the house by the Association "Archivio Comunale Locale Locale". It was therefore decided to maintain and restructure this portion of the workshop by creating a small museum
