Souda Bay Loggia is a delightful one-floor holiday house with a size of 70 square meters, situated on the south coast of Crete, overlooking the stunning Souda Bay. It's just a short drive away from the charming village of Plakias. This house offers a spectacular view of the sea and is equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable and fully enjoyable holiday.

In front of the house, you'll find a very large lawn area and a spacious private swimming pool, surrounded by relaxation areas furnished with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and umbrellas. The interior of the house features a double bedroom and a large sofa bed that can accommodate two persons. The open-plan modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary modern appliances. The living room is equipped with an extra-large flat-screen satellite TV and leads to a covered patio that is fully furnished, providing an ideal setting for dining and spending many relaxing hours outdoors.

Free parking spaces are available, and there is Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property. The owners reside on the first floor and are at your service. Please note that the property is exclusively for the use of registered guests, and visitors are not allowed.

Plakias is a coastal settlement located on the southern coast of Crete, 40 kilometers south of Rethymno. It boasts a wonderful 1300-meter-long sandy beach, perfect for swimming and water sports. The natural beauty of the area has transformed Plakias into a well-known tourist resort, offering all the facilities a visitor could wish for. Besondere Atmosphäre aufgrund der Lage und des grandiosen Blicks von oben auf das Meer und die Bucht. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Es war alles sehr sauber und der Garten und die Poolanlage top gepflegt. Wir waren begeistert und haben uns super entspannt.

We had a great stay at Souda bay loggia. Christina was really helpful and friendly. The villa was in a great location and only a short drive to local tavernas and shops. We will definitely be booking another stay soon.

Wunderschönen Ferien in Kreta erlebt!

Das Haus lieg an einem wunderschönen Ort mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Gigantischer Aussicht und alles was man für eine Woche Erholung braucht. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und diskret. Lovely house with private pool

Lovely house with private pool and a fantastic sea view. It's very clean and you have all the amenities that you need. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can enjoy every meal with a beautiful view. The owner is friendly and helpful and we felt good and welcome. The swimming pool is very clean and the garden well maintained. The location can be very windy! The wind can be very strong and a bit uncomfortable. The road that leads to the villa is unpaved and uphill so a little difficult to drive if you are not an expert driver.
