There is also a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and electric fire. Outside is the surrounding garden and fabulous countryside. The property has ample off-road parking. Brook Lodge is an excellent base for you and your family to be at one with the outdoors. Please be aware that the Welsh government have strict waste removal policies in place. The owner provides adequate waste separation guidance and appropriate bins at the property. Please be aware that if the waste recycling/disposal guidance is not adhered to, there may be charges involved regarding this.

Town: Llandysul village hosts a selection of shops, tea rooms and pubs, and it even has its own canoeing club and national cycle route 82. Visit nearby New Quay or one of the numerous beaches on the Cardiganshire, Carmarthenshire or Pembrokeshire coastline. There are boat trips to spot dolphins, whitewater rafting and trips on a steam railway not to mention historic castles, mills and formal gardens.
