Dear guest Bruce, we are sorry to see this review and to read this comment. We always try our best so that our guests have splendid time in our houses. We won't deny that there was a problem with the hot water, but only in the 2nd floor and the 1st floor was still usable, and in the very last day of their stay. We absolutely deny that it took 10hours to fixed it, because instead of trying to fix the water tanks, that suddenly stoped working, we went to buy immediately new ones to replace thoses, even when this decision was so much more expensive to us. So the time it took to fix the problem was exactly the time it took to put new ones. The workers reported to us that when they first arrived at the house, the rooms were empty, the sheets removed from the beds and no luggage in sight, that makes us conclude that this family members leaving early, had nothing to do with this problem that happened and was already schedule to be this way. Bruce talks about worn furniture but he doesn't mention the damage his family had done to the ping-pong rackets, the snooker stick and others... We take great pride in our work and, has even Bruce recognised, we always are communicative and try, in every way, to help our guests. Even in this bad review, Bruce, says they had a wonderful stay so we were totally caught off guard when we received one message requiring a refund, and for that reason we didn't reply because we thought that it was very unfair request. We also think that this review and rating is totally unfair and ridiculous.
