Front row seat to all the action! Home is situated in Traverse City's Old Town District, right on parade route during the National Cherry Festival. It is within walking distance to restaurants, beaches, bars, coffee shops and endless entertainment, just park your car and relax. 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs, 1 bath, kitchen and a covered porch. Pet friendly rental with a pet fee.
This house is situated in a residential/commercial area attached is a one-bedroom studio apartment that is also rented out. It is separated by two locking doors as you would see in adjoining hotel rooms. There is street parking in front of the house for day parking and at the rear of the house there is a parking lot with plenty of parking.
