Did not get room promised

I really can’t say how the suite I rented was because I never got it. They did not have what I rented through VRBO available when I got there. So instead of a one bedroom suite with dining area, sofa bed couch and kitchenette, they gave me a basic hotel room with a small refrigerator. Not even a microwave. So I can’t really review the property that I was supposed to get. By midweek they said they had a room ready that I had originally rented, but by then I was so disgusted I just stayed where I was.
