On the beautiful traditional bay of Pedi , Symi is located Royal Villa Pedi ! It’s just 1,2km from central port of Symi!
Is a Luxury Property of 240m2 that has been totally renovated on June 2018 !
The sea view from the house location is wonderful!
It contains 4 main Rooms with one double bed , LCD Smart TV, Wi-fi, Led lighting , Boudoir, Hair Dryer, Clima Fan Coil AC and many more comforts on each room . There is one Kids bed with a two storey bunk beds that can sleep 3 kids and one more sofa that can be converted to bed - for 4 kids sleeping in total. There are 4 baths – two on each floor level covering all the needs of comforts !
There are two living rooms equipped with Exquisite Leather Sofa from “Natuzzi” and a flat Smart TV that can be folded , Remote Controlled, on the ceiling in front of the stone fire place! Playstation, Satelite TV , Wi-fi etc. are all there for your entertainment !
The kitchen has all the facilities you ‘ll need starting from an inox oven , double door Fridge with abilities of crunchy ice or solid, dishwashing machine and many more electric appliances that you will enjoy to use! A small Laundry room with washing machine is also there for your needs.
Outdoor you can find a garden , a nice BBQ facility with it’s own sink , night lighting inside BBQ etc.
Deck Chairs for sunbathing placed on both sides of the house! An external shower is waiting you for after sea refreshing!
Canoe , Ping-Pong and dartboard are also on your disposal without charge!
A private speed boat with 250Hp Yamaha is also available for daily cruises, scuba diving, water sports and others with an extra charge!
All the environment around is clear and full of herbs from Oregano, Thyme, Sage , Mint and others that refreshing your breaths and as they say that’s a reason that Symi’s habitats belongs to the longest life people in Europe!
During Check-in a bottle of Champagne , a wine and soft drinks will be there for your welcome among of a basket with fruits !

Wunderbare Lage, sehr gute Organisation
Wir waren vier Freunde in der Royal Villa im Juni 2021. Die An- und Abreise sowie die Betreuung / Reinigung hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet, modern und war top sauber. Die Lage ist unfassbar schön, etwas erhöht mit Blick auf die schöne Bucht von Pedi. Um nach Symi (Hafen) zu gelangen, solle man einen Roller oder Auto mieten, so ist man unabhängig von Taxis. Die Villa sowie auch die wunderbare Insel Symi absolut empfehlenswert!
