Cayman Comfort is a unique condominium situated on Seven Mile Beach. In the center of a tropical paradise, it maintains an inviting island charm.

At 1,250 square-foot, the multi-level 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is decorated with a Caribbean theme, featuring bright turquoise tones, coastal accents, and a collection of local artwork throughout.

On the main level, an open floor plan extends from the dining area into a comfortable living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and bar seating for two. The spacious living room provides plenty of comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. With free Wi-Fi, local phone service, ceiling fans and A/C, this townhouse has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a designer king bed and mattress, double dressers, and flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower and dual-sink vanity. The second bedroom features two queen beds and ample closet storage with a walk-in shower and single-sink vanity.

Great Condo, Great Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Grand Cayman. The condo was perfect, the view from the balcony was amazing, and we couldn't have been closer to the beach and pool. We walked to multiple restaurants and the grocery store. The kitchen was also well stocked with supplies to cook at home. The on site security guard made the facility feel very safe and secure during our stay. We will absolutely be staying here again! Thank you TJ!

Picture perfect Cayman getaway

We had a fabulous time in this condo for our Spring Break! Great location with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and obviously the beautiful beach. This condo had all the room my family of 4 needed but our favorite spot was always the balcony. Lovely seating and an even lovelier view! Check in was easy breezy and we always had plenty of bath and beach towels. Having laundry facilities in the unit was a huge plus as we didn’t have to pack up our wet swimsuits for the trip home. 10/10 would reserve this exact condo again! Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Best spot on 7 mile beach!

We have been to Grand Cayman a few times but this was our first stay at Harbour Heights. The location is absolutley fantastic, the beach was never crowded and always had lots of chairs and shade. The pool was warm and clean. Our unit had the most gorgeous view of the gardens, pool and ocean, a kaleidoscope of colour! The beds, linens and towels were hotel quality and the unit had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Our host provided excellent recommendations for food and activities. All of the staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. Many thanks to our host for such a spectacular stay. We will definitely be back!

Convenient and beautiful location

-beautiful oceanfront location with spectacular view.-very safe-grounds were immaculately maintained-beach was quiet and chairs always available-pleasant front desk personnel -I was able to get groceries delivered the day before my stay. -the unit had what we needed, plus some fun extras like coolers, cards, Games and snorkel equipment In sum, I feel like some Caribbean vacations run into the same problems, 1) a policy where beach and pool chairs are reserved and they are very difficult to obtain; 2) peddling on the Beach by vendors and 3) musty or mildew smell in the rooms. None of that existed. My son thoroughly enjoyed the location of the ping pong table. A few other tidbits for readers:1) you can snorkel right off the property. Lots to see. And the sand is perfect. No rocks or pebbles or seaweed. The ocean floor is soft until you get to the reef.2) we walked down just a few properties and were able to rent jet skis, which was super fun. But the property is removed enough from the activities that you don’t encounter the crowds or noise.3) one night, we walked across the street to have dinner and it was perfectly lovely.4) very close to Captain Marvin‘s water sports where we booked tours for stingray city, and the bioluminescence tour.If I was trying to think of room for improvement, I would say the pool water is very warm. It’s not that refreshing although the ocean temperature was. We visited in April. The condo needs more spatulas.

We Loved this piece of paradise and will be coming back

We absolutely loved this condo. It was in the perfect spot of the beach and within town. We rented a car because we went to Foster's grocery store every day. We were close to the sea turtle sanctuary but also close enough to drive to Georgetown to go shopping if we wanted. It was far enough away from the cruise ships that we were not bothered by the influx of people. The condo was very clean, but we did get maid service halfway into our stay. The cleaning staff were very friendly, trustworthy and went above and beyond when we asked them to wash the comforter. There was an ample amount of cooking pans and dishes. There was already dishwasher and washing machine soap for use to use. The view was stunning and enjoyed drinking coffee in the moring with my father-in-law while watching the beautiful teal water roll gently onto the shore. The pool was clean and lots of toys for our kids to use. The owner had a cooler that we used when we went to the beach/pool, which was so nice not to have to pack all the extra toys, floaties, or cooler. Kristy, at the front desk, was so friendly and assisted up in booking 2 tours. I highly suggest the Captain Marvin's tours for the starfish point and stingray city! Another must do activity with kids was the sea turtle sanctuary where you get to touch babies, learn about them and snorkel with the big turtles! Another huge perk to staying at this condo was it was small enough that you never had to fight for the beach chairs/umbrellas!

AMAZING!!!

Harbour Heights was amazing! We loved our time in Grand Cayman and at Harbour Heights. We cannot wait to go back! The property sits right on a beautiful and peaceful beach with several trees or little cabanas you can sit under. The beach is clean and the people are friendly and not one person tried to sell us anything. We were there during spring break and the property was not crowded nor was our beach. There were more people at the neighboring resorts but even walking past the resorts it still didn’t feel too crowded to me. We always had plenty of beach loungers to choose from and the same was true at the pool. The owner and the property management were super responsive, great with communication, easy to work with and incredibly friendly and generous. They sent us a very helpful information packet and really wanted us to have a great time - which we did! We arrived on Easter Sunday and the office was closed and we had absolutely zero issues getting our keys and getting into the condo - so easy. The house cleaners did a great job and were so friendly. The condos are about a 10 minute drive to the airport and everything is under a 10 minute drive (Camana Bay, Yacht Club for boat excursions, horseback riding, restaurants, shops, etc) or an easy 10 minute walk via the beach - both the Kimpton & Westin are an easy beach walk for restaurant options. I felt very safe on the property and on 7 mile beach as well. I walked often by myself on the beach at different times of day and let my older teens explore the beach on their own. There are 24 hour security guards on property/beach and they would kindly just redirect people from the cruises to stay on the public beach. There is a condo building under construction next door, but I didn’t find that to be an issue. Our excursions were super fun - boat ride to Stingray City/Reef Snorkeling/Starfish Point, Bioluminescent Bay Night Kayaking (Rum Point - 1 hour drive), Horseback riding & swimming and deep sea fishing. The condo itself was really comfortable and perfect for our family of 4. Our teens had their own bedroom & bathroom and we had the master bed & bath overlooking the pool and ocean. We loved sitting on the balcony eating breakfast and looking at the ocean. The owner had snorkel gear for us to use and we snorkeled right off our beach. He even had sunscreen for us!! So thoughtful. We truly had an amazing trip and are so grateful to the owner & property management for making us feel so welcomed!

Beautiful condo in a great location right on the beach

Harbour Heights is a lovely little condo complex right on a gorgeous stretch of Seven Mile Beach. This unit occupies the 2nd & 3rd floors and has gorgeous ocean views from the living room & small porch on second floor as well as from the master bedroom on third. The bedrooms are both good-sized, with plenty of closet & drawer space. Bathrooms & kitchen appear to have been redone pretty recently, with nice fixtures and appliances. The unit is tastefully decorated, very quiet, and comfortable. The master bedroom's mattress was the most comfortable I have slept on in a long time! The grounds are well-maintained, with a nice pool. The pool house has an ice machine, bathroom, screened porch with tables & chairs, and a pingpong table. From the front door of the unit to the sands of Seven Mile Beach is no more than about a 60 second walk. The private beachfront is cleaned and raked regularly, and there are lovely big trees and a couple cabanas for shade. Plenty of good beach chairs. We stayed 8 nights the first week of August 2022, and often we were the only ones at the beach. The swimming right in front of the condo is very good, the sand is beautiful and soft, and there are interesting rocks and shells washing up to collect. I was VERY happy to see that the TVs in this unit are small, so as not to distract my teenagers from the paradise just outside the door. I don't think they turned the TVs on once. There's a nice little bar/restaurant with outdoor seating just across the street, as well as a small liquor store - super convenient. The access to the main "highway" is very convenient, just around the corner, so it's maybe a 5 minute drive to the excellent Fosters grocery store and adjacent Blackbeards liquor store. (Note: Fosters is not open Sundays.) Fosters grab-and-go section is amazing; I wish we had such a selection at home in Connecticut. It's also probably the most affordable way to eat, as restaurants in Grand Cayman can be quite expensive. We ate out most nights and regularly spent $200+ USD per dinner at good but not fancy restaurants. Lunch from the excellent Seven Mile Burger nearby came to about $65 USD for four sandwiches, an order of fries and a milkshake, and I thought that was a good deal. Owner TJ was extremely easy to communicate with, very helpful, and a really nice person. I highly recommend this condo for its prime beachfront location, comfortable interior, and easy access to driving. VERY happy with this choice!

Beautiful Beach!

The condo was perfect for our group of four ladies. The mattresses and bedding were very comfortable and we had everything that we needed in the condo. The view from the 2nd floor condo was fabulous! We enjoyed every morning and evening on the balcony. The condo is a very short walk from the beach where there were plenty of chairs and lots of shade. The beach and pool was never crowded. Floats and noodles were available poolside. Several sets of fins and masks were in the condo for our use. Sunsets from the beach were especially beautiful. We really appreciated that we were able to get clean towels as needed and that the condo was cleaned twice during the week we visited. This condo is located in a perfect spot on Seven Mile Beach. You can walk to several restaurants and bars that are located nearby. I highly recommend this condo. I will stay here again if I get the opportunity to return to Grand Cayman.

Stayed at harbor heights and loved our stay . The condo was beautiful and directly on the beach. It was a smaller complex so there was no competition for the chairs as in the larger places. The owner visited to make sure we were happy and gave us good suggestions and a nice bottle of wine. The manager showed us around and was very attentive to our needs. The only thing that we were unhappy about was that we had to leave this paradise!

Clean, comfortable, well situated. Very nice! Kitchen is a little nicer than picture suggests, and very well stocked. Suite is otherwise as pictured, comfortable beds. Enjoyed out stay very much, TJ is in touch and helpful if any questions. Ample beach chairs available for all, beach not overcrowded like some places on 7 mile beach. On site office convenient. Easy to get around by local buses. Recommend at least one sunset dinner at Casanovas in Georgetown.

A lovely property and beach!

Just returned from a 7 day stay and our first visit to Grand Cayman. It was wonderful! The condo was comfortable for 4 adults. Well appointed and clean. We spent most of our time at the beach with occasional warm ups in the pool. The condo is well stocked with beach approved picinic ware. Conveniently located within walking distance to a few restaurants and bars as well as a liquor store. The local busses were easy to take. It’s next to the public beach which can be crowded but there was plenty of room/chairs/shade for all the condo guests no matter how busy it was at the beach. Great sunset view from condo #44 as well. I recommend this without hesitation. We can’t wait to go back!

Rental is very nice - pictures provided show the unit perfectly. When we arrived, the property manager was there to meet us, and provided us with an explanation of the property, how everything works, and suggestions on where to eat and visit. Overall, a great stay here, and would certainly recommend this unit, and location, to anyone looking for a nice, quiet place to stay in Grand Cayman. Owner was also very nice, and responsive, and would definitely not hesitate to rent from him again.

The passing years may have brought faster cruise ships, fancier duty free shops, and taller buildings but the basic charm of Cayman remains intact. It's a thrill to provide a convenient place for you to start your island adventures.

Why they chose this property

My family was lucky to have stumbled upon Harbour Heights, one of the original complexes located on Seven Mile Beach. My condo will always be a second home, open to visitors from around the world.

For over the forty years I have seen the world as an international flight attendant. Cayman Comfort is just that. It remains my preferred destination of choice.
