HOLIDAY SPECIAL IN SARDINIA - 1
Terraced house on two floors, surrounded by a park of 3.000sqm of fenced garden with centuries-old olive trees, palms and tall trees and 4.000sqm of clean and fenced pinewood. At only 50m there is a beach with algae; at 100m a mixed beach with algae and sand and at 500m there is the splendid beach of the naturalistic oasis of Orvile, 5 sails assigned by the Green Schooner of Legambiente, free beach, little frequented, not equipped about 1 km long, reachable on foot or in the car. The parking lots of the beach of Orvile are under a paid municipal pine forest. Presence of refreshment bar on the beach.
The property is fully furnished for 4/6 people and consists of:
ground floor:
• independent veranda with access to the garden
• dining room with sofa bed and satellite TV
• open space kitchen complete with tableware - NON-POTABLE running water
first floor attic
• 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each

La mia valutazione assolutamente negativa è condizionata dalla pessima esperienza vissuta a causa di un overbooking causato dal proprietario (Gianni) il quale, nonostante noi avessimo prenotato con VRBO dal 20 al 24 agosto, ha successivamente affittato ad un altro gruppo la notte del 20.
Ci telefonava direttamente qualche giorno prima dell'arrivo (senza passare dal sito di VRBO) riferendoci il problema e noi, pensando ingenuamente che avesse commesso l'errore in buona fede, nonostante il disagio che avrebbe per noi comportato, abbiamo accettato la sua proposta di soggiornare per la notte del 20 in altra abitazione vicina, di proprietà di un suo amico, la quale sarebbe stata pronta sin dalla prima mattina!
Confidando nel fatto che la casa fosse disponibile già in mattinata, il 20 agosto siamo partiti presto da Cardedu ma, al nostro arrivo, abbiamo avuto una brutta sorpresa: l'abitazione sostitutiva in realtà non esisteva e abbiamo dovuto passare tutta la giornata con addosso i vestiti da moto, accaldati e stanchi mentre questo tale Gianni, cercando di prendere tempo, ci continuava a rassicurare sul fatto che stessero finendo di pulire la fantomatica casa dell'amico. Insomma una bella presa in giro!
Alla fine, solo alle sei del pomeriggio, dopo le nostre veementi rimostranze, ci ha trovato posto per dormire in un albergo risalente al 1971 (rimasto tale e quale ad allora), fatiscente, di uno standard qualitativo inaccettabile, in tutto simile a quegli alberghi sulla riviera Adriatica che venivano usati per ospitare colonie.
Purtroppo abbiamo peccato di ingenuità e abbiamo offerto la nostra disponibilità e riposto la nostra fiducia in un soggetto inqualificabile, per usare un eufemismo, che ha sicuramente agito in mala fede, cercando di massimizzare il proprio guadagno alle nostre spalle, mediante un consapevole overbooking. Il risarcimento sarebbe sicuramente dovuto.
La casa non è male ma purtroppo il mio giudizio sul soggiorno non può che essere molto negativo.
Quanto al sito VRBO, da noi contattato per cercare una soluzione, ci ha confermato che loro sono semplicemente intermediari e non rispondono dell'affidabilità dei loro host posto che il rapporto contrattuale, così mi hanno detto, si instaura tra cliente e host. Peccato che alla mia richiesta di avere copia del contratto che, a sentire loro, avrei sottoscritto, al fine di capire quali azioni eventualmente esperire per essere risarciti, mi hanno detto di chiederlo all'host!

Die Lage ist herrlich. Das Haus ist recht spartanisch eingerichtet.
Super Lage und Haus! Der Vermieter ist offen und unkompliziert. Leider kann man das Wasser vor Ort
nicht trinken.
