T0 apartment on the ground floor, new and large, with air conditioning. Well located, with free and permanent parking in a very quiet area. Located close to Ponta Delgada city center, with access to public transport within 10 meters (minibus, city bus, taxi). Close to shopping areas (mini market, fruit shop, cafes).
The apartment has face and body towels as well as bed linen. It is fully equipped, where you can cook your own meals. It has washing machine, microwave, iron, free wifi and cable TV.

We had a very good stay at this place. The apartment was spotless and very functional. Catarina is a gem, she gave us very good advice for visiting the island.

Our Host Catarina was wonderful.

The property was very clean, and newly furnished. The location was a bit difficult to locate for us Americans. Catarina was very thoughtful and helped us get around town, and to the airport. I would definitely stay with her again. She was a sweetheart.

Catarina was the best host we’ve ever had! She was incredibly kind and patient with us. The apartment had more than enough towels and kitchenware. Catarina even came to see us on our first day to give us tips about the island, which turned out to be really helpful for us. Thank you again Catarina, we loved the island and loved your apartment!

Inside sparkles, outside litters

Felt very welcomed, super neat, any issues resolved quickly when I didn’t know how to unlock the door, safe in the neighborhood, bus stop close by, great Mexican food within walking distance. Unfortunately outside next to the property litter would blow down the stairs, harmless, but not appealing

Justo lo que se ve en las fotos, todo muy limpio. Catarina fue a visitarnos y darnos algunas indicaciones. Nos explico un poco sobre la isla y nos recomendó sitios para visitar y comer.

Très bel appartement et hôte exceptionnelle

L'appartement est tout beau, très propre et tout neuf. Spacieux, bien agencé. Manque toutefois un meuble supplémentaire pour ranger ses affaires. La localisation est moyenne : voisinage parfois bruyant, luminosité limitée et extérieur pas trop avenant (quelques cafards). Mais pas vraiment gênant puisque l'appartement en lui-même est genial. Hôte très sympathique, donne de bons conseils et toujours prête à rendre service. Merci Catarina.

La experiencia tanto en el apartamento como en la isla ha sido sensacional. La casa es perfecta para disfrutar de la isla. Su cercanía a La Capital ha ayudado mucho a las excursiones. La dueña Cataline fue muy cercana y estuvo muy pendiente de que todo fuera estupendo. Una gran experiencia nos llevamos mi hermana y yo.

Schöne Unterkunft nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum

Für mich und meinem Freund die ideale Unterkunft! Sehr sauber, aufgeräumt und organisiert. Der Austausch mit der Vermieterin hat sehr gut funktioniert und bei unseren Anliegen war sie direkt für uns da. Würden wir sofort weiterempfehlen.

Kleines Appartment in Stadtnähe

Die Wohnung ist prima geeignet, wenn man viel unterwegs ist, in Ponta Delgada oder rund um die Insel, z.B. mit einem Mietauto (Parken ist direkt am Haus gut möglich). Praktisch eingerichtet, alles sauber und ausreichend vorhanden. Ein bisschen dunkel fanden wir es, wenn man sich dort länger aufhalten würde. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit, wir bekamen viele Tipps von ihr. Vielen Dank dafür!

Great experience

The apartment is big and modern, and the host is very friendly and helpful. The place is fully equipped (Air conditioning, kitchen, spices, pans, bathroom with many towels and all necessary cosmetics, hairdryer, iron, iron desk, wifi, tv, beach towels...). The host was very friendly and gave us a list of local attractions. The area is quiet, with plenty of free parking spaces right in front of the apartment. The only problem with the area was that there were a lot of cockroaches and even though we were careful with windows and doors, they still somehow found a way into the apartment. It's not a big issue and it probably depends on the time of the year. Just keep your windows and door closed at all times.

Le logement est bien situé par rapport à la géographie de l'ile. Logement simple , bien agencé. On a été super bien reçu avec plein de conseils pour les visites et autres. Logement peu lumineux et un peu bruyant.

Le logement est idéal pour un couple. Il est bien aménagé, très propre et proche de Ponta-Delgada et de l’aéroport. Proche des commerces aussi.
