In a quiet and enchanting area between bougainvillea and Mediterranean olive trees is the sea-front house, well furnished and very close to the sea, which can be reached in a minute on foot. The house has two bedrooms, corridor, kitchen, a large bathroom and a delightful and spacious terrace overlooking the sea where you can spend pleasant hours of relaxation and where you can have lunch and dinner overlooking the bay. In the house there is air conditioning, a fan oven, a LED TV, fans, hair dryer and a stainless steel gas barbecue. The strength of the house is the proximity to the sea.

Lontano dal caos, vicina al mare

La casa ha una posizione interessante, a Cala Feola, a metà della scalinata che porta al mare, al noto ristorante La Marina e alla spiaggia. Soprattutto è lontana dal caos del porto nel mese di agosto. La terrazza è molto bella. Elena ci ha accolto con grande cordialità.

VACANZA A PONZA

Sono stata in vacanza a Ponza nella settimana dal 14 al 21 luglio 2018 con la mia famiglia e devo dire che oltre ad aver trascorso una settimana magnifica in un'isola incantevole e piena di fascino, ho trovato una sistemazione ideale in località cala Feola e una squisita padrona di casa che mi ha accolto con calore e simpatia e mi ha fatto messo subito a mio agio. Elena è una perfetta padrona di casa, molto disponibile e mai invadente e a tutti proporrei una vacanza in quell' isola e in quella struttura.Anch'io avrei gia' il desiderio di ritornarci!

Ferienparadies

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Tage im casa sul mare. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist fantastisch. Die Wohnungen sind groß und sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Die große Terrasse nutzten von früh bis zum Sonnenuntergang, wenn wir nicht an den Stränden die Tage verbrachten. Vielen Dank nochmals an Elena und Gennaro die sich vorbildlich um uns gekümmert haben. Wer die Insel nicht kennt dem kann ich nur empfehlen bei Elena Urlaub zu machen, wirklich wie im Paradies. Die Insel ist auch per Buslinie (Haltestelle 200mtr. ) bestens zu erkunden. Wir werden wiederkommen. Hermann und Sieglinde

Casa piacevole con invidiabile balconata sul Mare

Per Noi ritornare a Ponza e soprattutto in questa casa è diventato una bel appuntamento annuale. Ogni appartamento è dotato di una ampia balconata ben attrezzata con bella vista sul mare, cosa di meglio per una prima colazione appena svegliati? Balconate ottime per dialogare, leggere, pranzare e cenare, per Noi è un ricordo, è un desiderio che ci accompagna per tutto l'anno e ci spinge a ritornare. Non possiamo dimenticare l'accoglienza dei proprietari, la loro gentilezza e disponibilità, l'ambiente solare ed il senso di libertà e spensieratezza che si respira. Troviamo sempre tutto l'occorrente per una piacevole vacanza. Dalla casa si fanno i pochi gradini (caratteristici dell'isola) e si arriva al mare, qui trovate un bar/ristorante, un servizio ombrelloni su una spiaggia libera ed un servizio barche a noleggio. Abbiamo vissuto una bella vacanza in compagnia, quest'anno eravamo in 6. Ritorneremo anche il prossimo anno!! Alfredo e Enrica.

Casa incantevole e proprietari eccezionali

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa la prima settimana di giugno (04-11/06), e inanzitutto la casa ha una vista magnifica sulla baia di cala feola, con un balcone provvisto di tutto (barbecue, stendini, tavolo, sedie e sdraio). La casa da precisare molto pulita e comoda nelle funzionalità anche per grandi famiglie, infatti è provvista di 6 posti letto (molto comodi) e un bagno spazioso e pratico. In pratica per una vacanza al mare questo appartamento è straordinario visto anche il posto in cui si trova, ovvero a pochissimi gradini dalla spiaggia. Ma la vera specialità sono stati Elena e Gennaro, i padroni di casa. Disponibili, gia da prima di partire per ponza, ospitali, affabili e buoni consiglieri su come muoversi sull'isola. Abbiamo davvero gradito la loro accoglienza. Un esperienza da ripetere!

un séjour inoubliable !

Une belle maison-grotte, située à flanc d'une pente escarpée qui surplombe la. Elle est bien chauffée à Paques, et doit être agréablement fraiche en été, spacieuse avec de superbes terrasses. Quand une est ensolieillée, l'autre est ombragée par un toit de verdure. Un accueil sympathique et attentionné de la propriétaire et de sa mère. La difficulté mais aussi le charme ce sont les ruelles en escalier pour y parvenir depuis le parking , t superbe vue

séjour et site enchanteurs chez Elena et Gennaro

Mon époux et moi y avons séjourné en mai. C'est une maison-grotte et cette période aurait pu être un handicap mais elle est bien chauffée et le séjour a été magnifique. L'implantation a flanc de montagne est extraordinaire, une fois qu' on s'est organisé pour tenir compte des cheminements piéton qui descendent en escalier pour pouvoir y accéder et pour descendre ensuite à la mer. C'est la difficulté mais c'est aussi le charme extraordinaire de cette maison. En été les terrasses en surplomb et la fraicheur des grottes doivent être sublimes. Plusieurs terrasses s'imbriquent. Le cadre des repas sous la tonnelle en surplomb de la crique est fabuleux : superbe barbecue juste à côte pour griller le thon, vin blanc sec et frais... Et les petits déjeuners avec les confitures bio d'Elena ..un régal !.L'accès à la plage est direct une volée de marches plus bas..avec un petit restaurant tout à fait charmant . L'accueil d'Elena, de sa mère et de Gennaro (le thon à l'huile qu'il prépare vaut le détour à lui seul...) a été chaleureux, simple, discret, très attentionné. Parfait. Un site et un séjour magnifiques que nous pensons refaire un jour en famille.

Ideal location, wonderful owners

My family of 6 just returned from our stay at this little gem on Ponza. The home is clean, comfortable, quiet and has a well-equipped kitchen and free wiifi (spotty at times, but I think this is true anywhere on the island). Located in the Cala Feola area of the island, it is a short walk to a wonderful small beach and good restaurants (La Marina, Il Pescatori). We enjoyed the short hike (Ponza is hilly) every morning to the most beautiful cafe (at the Oasi hotel) overlooking the beach. Although Cala Feola is quite a distance from the port where the ferry arrives, it is easily reached by a local bus (1.50 ) or taxi (30 E). Perhaps the best thing about this home is the kindness and warmth of the owners Elena and Genaro. (They live on the property next door during the summer). They let us borrow their scooter to buy groceries on the first day, phoned to make dinner reservations and made us a large bowl of homemade pasta. Thank you Elena and Genaro! Ponza itself is a gem of an island. Stunning vistas, clean ocean waters. Off the foreign tourist radar, it's a great place to practice your Italian.

Magica veduta

Cari elena e"professore" nella vostra bellissima casa abbiamo trascorso due settimane stupende ammirando un mare dai mille colori , ci siamo rilassati in terrazza dove abbiamo trascorso serate bellissime in compagnia dei nostri amici davanti al barbecue che tutte le sere andava alla "grande" alloggio molto confortevole , pulito e spazioso inserito in un contesto curato immerso nei fiori e allo stesso tempo in po selvaggio l isola è bellissima i negozietti nelle vicinanze fornitissimi è un paio di ristoranti veramente buoni .... Ma il punto di forza e il panorama unico che si vede da questa bella casa unito alla cordialità dei proprietari a cui non manca proprio nulla .a presto Ponza.

SIAMO STATI A FINE GIUGNO UNA SETTIMANA A PONZA, GENITORI E FIGLI (8 E 11 ANNI), OSPITI IN QUESTA BELLA CASA. GRANDE, PULITA, LUMINOSA, COMODA, TERRAZZE AMPIE E PANORAMICHE, BARBECUE, TERRAZZONA SOLARIUM, DOCCIA ESTERNA, INSOMMA PERFETTA. MA LA COSA MIGLIORE E’ CHE SI TROVA POSIZIONATA SULLE PENDICI RIPIDE DI CALA FEOLA, INCANTEVOLE PORTO NATURALE, RAGGIUNGIBILE A PIEDI IN DUE MINUTI E SEDE DELLA PIU’ BELLA SPIAGGIA DI SABBIA DELL’ISOLA E DI UN BEL RISTORANTINO E A DUE PASSI DALLE FAMOSE PISCINE NATURALI. I PROPRIETARI SONO SIMPATICI, ACCOGLIENTI E DISPONIBILI, TI FANNO SENTIRE IN FAMIGLIA. POTRETE GIRARE PONZA E PALMAROLA CON LE BARCHE LOCALI (CONSIGLIO LUCA!) AD UN PREZZO RAGIONEVOLE E AFFITTARE DIRETTAMENTE UNA BARCHETTA SEMPRE IN SPIAGGIA E GIRARE AUTONOMI. E’ TUTTO SPLENDIDO. UNICO FORSE NEO (ANCHE SE PER NOI E’ STATO UN PREGIO) LA DISTANZA DAL CENTRO CHE RISULTA COMUNQUE RAGGIUNGIBILE CON BUS CHE PASSA SPESSO. PER IL MARKET A LE FORNA O IN CENTRO (BELLO ANDARE A FARE LA SPESA IN BARCA). A DUE PASSI IL RISTORANTE IL PESCATORE (CONSIGLIATISSIMO!) MA LA COSA MIGLIORE DA FARE E’ COMPRARSI O PESCARSI IL PESCE, CUCINARLO NELLA BELLA E GRANDE CUCINA “VISTA GOLFO” E MANGIARLO SULLA TERRAZZA GODENDOSI IL TRAMONTO SU CALA FEOLA ACCOMPAGNATO DA UN BEL BICCHIERE A RICORDARE STORIE DI PESCA CON IL PROFESSORE. Gentilezza accoglienza e soggiorno indimenticabili

Siamo frequentatori dell’isola da di versi anni ed abbiamo soggiornato in diversi posti ma da quando abbiamo conosciuto questa casa e soprattutto i proprietari, ci ritorniamo regolarmente. Le colazioni e le cene sulle terrazze con vista mare sono uno spettacolo, le conversazioni e le letture all’ombra della superba buganvillee sono rilassanti e paragonabili solo alle splendide gite in mare. Dal tardo pomeriggio consiglio vivamente di stare sui terrazzi, sono momenti imperdibili, cosa meglio di: Pace, frescura e rilassatezza. L’accoglienza di Elena, Gennaro ed il loro piccolo Nicola è calorosa, gli appartamenti sono ben forniti, ben disposti e spaziosi, c’è anche una splendida doccia esterna che abbiamo sfruttato pienamente. Chi dei proprietari è il migliore? Forse Elena l’Emiliana? Forse Gennaro il Napoletano? Difficile dirlo, hanno caratteristiche diverse ma sanno lavorare in team, mi limito a dire che sono piacevoli e capaci entrambi. L’accesso al mare è direttamente accessibile da una delle caratteristiche scale Ponzesi, a prima vista sono impegnative ma dopo qualche volta ci si abitua, basta stare leggeri. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi ristoranti, pizzerie e bar, fino all’anno scorso c’era anche un comodo minimarket raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi, ora è chiuso e bisogna allungare un po’ il tragitto per raggiungerne altri tre, però, a richiesta c’è anche il servizio a domicilio. Tutto è migliorabile ovviamente ma la qualità di quanto offerto è notevole, è una location, è una bella oasi che è un piacere consigliare. Alfredo ed Enrica.

Traumaussicht auf glasklares Meer

Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Besitzer. Da wir schon längere Zeit in Italien unterwegs waren, mussten wir zuerst unsere Wäsche waschen. Elena hat uns bereitwillig dabei geholfen. Alle Zimmer sind sehr groß. Neben der eigenen Terrasse darf auch die Dachterrasse genutzt werden, von der man eine noch bessere Aussicht auf das glasklare Meer hat. Besonders angetan waren wir vom Gasgrill. Das Essen war im Nu fertig. Der Strand - in einer kleinen Bucht - ist direkt vom Haus in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Dort kann man in einem urigen Restaurant essen und auch Sonnenschirme und Liegestühle mieten.

Un brindisi da non dimenticare!

Situata nella splendida Cala Feola, ovvero nella parte più bella e rilassante dell'isola di Ponza, questa abitazione accanto al dono di una "location" perfetta abbina una vivibilità completa grazie alla disponibilità di tutto ciò che può esser necessario durante il soggiorno; camere da letto ampie, cucina funzionale, terrazzo a picco sulla impagabile baia laddove il barbecue ed un paio di bicchieri di bianco ghiacciato ti rimettono al mondo (ma garantiamo anche per gli astemi!). Da sottolineare inoltre l'attenzione per la pulizia; la simpatia e la disponibilità di Elena e del "Professore" rappresentano poi un sicuro valore aggiunto. Al prossimo "cincin" sulla "Casa sul mare"!

Simply Stunning!

My husband and I frequently travel to Ponza, and thought this would be a great place to vacation with our friends. We were not disappointed. This home is the very definition of peace and tranquility. The view is spectacular - we spent many evenings just lounging on the terrace and enjoying the magnificent view. The indoor accommodations were very well maintained, clean, and comes with free WiFi. The owners are wonderful as well. They are very helpful in suggesting good restaurants and even helping with boat rentals. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

AMAZING HOUSE

We travel lots, especially in Italy, and this was one of the best houses we have ever stayed in! We arrived late at night and were greeted very warmly by the beautiful owners - they showed us around and then proceeded to book a table for us at the gorgeous little restaurant less than 100 metres away, and right on the water! We were traveling with our 2 children - 2 years and 13 years. The home is perfect for children. 2 large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. A large bathroom and the perfect kitchen overlooking the large terrace and water. The house was spotless and extremely well kept - it is well stocked with everything you could ever need on holiday. A real home away from home. The location is perfect, with a sandy beach, 2 great restaurants, a cafe and grocery store all a short stroll away. I highly recommend this beautiful little house and will definitely be back!

SOGGIORNO RILASSANTE A PONZA

La casa è molto confortevole e spaziosa si trova a pochi passi dal mare, ha una terrazza meravigliosa che si affaccia su Cala Feola e che ti permette di pranzare guardando il mare. Che spettacolo! Le luci della sera trasformano Cala Feola in un presepe e arricchiscono il soggiorno di poesia. Le camere sono molto ampie e la cucina è luminosa, ha una bella finestra rivolta verso il mare e per questo cucinare è davvero piacevole. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza molto rilassante, coccolati dai padroni di casa che sono delle persone fantastiche, molto gentili e disponibili a dare qualsiasi consiglio per visitare l’isola. Ponza è molto bella, il mare assume molteplici tonalità di azzurro e l’acqua è trasparente. Consiglio di girarla in barca per vedere le spiagge più belle che quest’isola offre. Che nostalgia, ritornerei subito!

Ein wunderschöner Ort

Wir haben in Ponza an der Casa sul Mare wunderbare Ferientage verbracht. Die sehr schöne Wohnung mit herrlicher Sicht auf die Cala Feola und grosser Terrasse ist praktisch eingerichtet und eignet sich gut auch für zwei Familien. Der Sandstrand in der kleinen Bucht ist über eine Treppe bequem erreichbar. Das Wasser ist sehr sauber und der Strand mit vielen Pflanzen begrünt und dadurch besonders hübsch. Das dortige Restaurant ist empfehlenswert. Vor allem aber sind Elena, Romano und ihre Kinder perfekte Gastgeber, sehr warmherzig und hilfsbereit. Ihre kleine Schildkröte hatte es unserem Sohn besonders angetan. Wir werden hoffentlich bald wieder einen Urlaub an diesem wunderschönen Ort verbringen!
