In the rolling Tuscan hills of the Pratomagno lies this beautiful detached villa, surrounded by nature, with a fantastic view of Arezzo. The house is surrounded by a very spacious garden with lots of greenery and has a private swimming pool for the ultimate relaxation. There are several terraces to enjoy a delicious Italian lunch or a good glass of wine and the surrounding nature. A more peaceful place is hard to imagine. The house consists of two floors and is furnished in Tuscan style, with a nod to the Netherlands.

Perfect house for a Toscana vacation

We enjoyed our vacation in the lovely house immensely. With four and a Hald bedroom, two kitchens, three bathrooms, two living rooms and lot of nice places to sit in the sun or the shade outside we had plenty of room for two families. The view from the terrasses is amazing and the pool area wonderful during the warm sunny days. We took tours to Modena, Firenze and to the restaurants and markets in the small towns and villages in the area. The best places all by recommendation from our very helpful host.

Great pool area

We had a Good holiday, and it was Nice and quiet. There is quiet a Big differnce between the upper and lower leaving area. The lower Living area is not as luxuries as the upper, bit is was not as warm.

Maison et hôte sympathiques !

Maison comportant tous les éléments pour passer un bon séjour ! Spacieuse et propre, elle est idéale pour des vacances reposantes. Le seul petit soucis est le manque de climatisation à l’étage principal ainsi que le manque de ventilateur

Tolles Haus an grossartiger Lage

Wer die etwas abgeschiedene Ruhe eines Anwesens abseits der grossen Touristenströmen sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Ein bestens eingerichtetes Haus, eine schöne Gartenanlage, ein Pool der keine Wünsche offen lässt und viele Sitz- und Essplätze für jede Gelegenheit sorgen für einen grossartigen Rahmen für Familienferien.
