We have a wonderful convenient three bedroom, two bath condominium. It is the one of the nicest section of beautiful Surfside Beach, South Carolina! We would love to share it with you! Updates are done often!

Our smoke-free condominium is located on the first floor of a condominium complex with OCEANFRONT POOL. We have high speed wireless internet available for those of you who just can't leave your e-mail! Sorry, but we cannot allow pets or student groups.
Fresh & clean condo! Your week will not only be fun, but updated as well. It is important to stay in a condominium that makes you feel good. Vacations are suppose be to be nice. Come enjoy the convenient first floor location in this beautiful condo! We want to make your vacation the best that it can be.

Master bedroom - King bed
Second bedroom - Queen bed new
Third bedroom - Bunk Bed (NewDouble Bed, Single Bed)
Living room - Full sofa bed
**Please note that the third bedroom is small, but it is perfect for children!

Towels & sheets are included for the # of guest when you book the condo. I do not charge for linens & towels for the number of people you say you have when you book. Outdoor chairs and umbrellas are in outside storage for you! I start the season with 9 chairs!
We rent Saturday to Saturday only during the summer months and require a three-night minimum during the off season.

VRBO and owner are not responsible for travelers choice of insurance. The $59. insurance is for damage/breakage in condo. Payments can be made thru VRBO .

We had a wonderful week filled with great weather, amazing views, and lots of beach time! The property was clean and comfortable. Its location is fantastic! We appreciated the proximity of the condo to the beach, the design of the building (for functionality and quiet), and the overall location to the pier, restaurants, and entertainment! Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing sunrise views!

Everything was perfect with the condo, it was very clean and well stocked with towels and essentials in the kitchen. We loved spending time on the balcony to watch the sunrise and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. This was our first time staying in Surfside and really liked the location. You can walk to several restaurants at the pier.

Perfect Ocean Front Condo

We had an amazing time at this ocean front condo. The entire condo was very clean and the owner went above and beyond to ensure we had all items needed throughout our stay. The best added touch was having beach chairs & umbrellas available for use. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay here! This was the perfect size for my family! Lots of room and right on the beach was perfect! We would definitely stay here again! The only hiccup on our trip was the refrigerator went out while we were there and it took 2 days to get a new one. Melinda was quick to respond and get a new one ordered.

We had the greatest time here. From booking, to checking in, the owner was great. Provided detailed instructions for everything, even gave us restaurant recommendations. The unit was clean & comfortable. The best part…THE VIEW!! Absolutely AMAZING!! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful condo and area!

Beautiful condo with everything you would need for your stay. The location of the condo is quiet, in between more bustling parts of the town, which is still walkable to enjoy. The unit is right above the pool area. This can be great for families but not so great for older folks who would like it on the quieter side during peak season. It depends on what you’re looking for and time of year.

We spent several days at Surfside Beach. We were notified when condo was ready via text and check in was easy. Owner replied to texts/emails. Beds are unbelievably comfortable and the view is great. Comfortable chairs on porch. Condo was clean and well organized including the kitchen. Decor is tastefully designed with out clutter. We hope to return

Amazing Vacation

We had a wonderful week for our three boys (22), (20) and (14). Plenty of room for our family of five. We cooked every night and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds were all comfortable and the living room had space for us all the watch TV. I could sit on the porch and look at the ocean all day and night. And loved being able to hand towels down to each other in the pool when we forgot to grab one. The storage closet was wonderful to keep all our chairs and toys. Prefect location, steps away from the pool and beach. My husband woke early each morning to see the sunrise. We all enjoyed the house and would stay there again!!!

This was our third consecutive stay in this particular condo and plan to return next year !! We love everything about it from location to comfort to cleanliness and ease of renting from Melissa. This was our second stay at this beautiful condo, and we plan to keep coming back every year. The home is decorated beautifully, the furniture is extremely comfortable, and the ocean views are absolutely breathtaking! Having the beach just steps away truly can’t be beat.We’ve stayed at many rentals over the years, and I can honestly say that Melinda is an amazing hostess. The property was beautiful and clean and perfect for my family of 5. Check in and check out were super easy. The location is perfect!! The neighbors were quiet and respectful. The kitchen had all the essentials and then some. And most importantly, you can beat the view from the balcony. The private beach access was so convenient. My daughters really enjoyed the pool. Although its shared with the other occupants, we had plently of times with the pool all to ourselves and it never seemed over crowded. We look forward to staying again on our next visit to Surfside.

From the time we checked in until the time we checked out, everything was perfect. We’ve been to many beaches, been on many trips, and this one far exceeded all expectations. Everything was clean, well furnished, and incredibly comfortable. The town and building are quiet and was absolutely the perfect get away for my family. Not one complaint. Given the opportunity we would absolutely stay here again! 100/10!

Right on the beach

The condo is well maintained and nice decor. We loved the convenience of getting to and from the beach from the first floor stairs and walk way. Easy walk to restaurants and pier.

Vacation property was exactly as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Property was immaculate, convenient, amenities were extremely nice and view is spectacular! I chose to buy a condo at Surfharbor. The complex is very well maintained with only 14 units and an oceanfront pool! The 3 bedroom condo's have views from the master bedroom and the den! I wanted you to feel at home in the condo! I continue to be a 5 star condo with VRBO!

What makes this property unique

The condo is ocean front (first floor unit) with great views and sounds. The condo is in a small complex so you feel as if the whole ocean is yours! Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, silverware and glassware. Keurig and round coffee maker, blender and toaster provided.
SURFHARBOR offers under building parking as well as street side parking. Parking is not assigned. We have an outdoor barbecue area with 3 grills.
Restaurants, bars, park, ball field,& music within 7 blocks restaurants within walking distance.
Enjoy the restaurants in Surfside to include River City, Sundown, Malibu's, Saltaire, Bubba's Fish Shak, Gracious Pig Smokehouse, Pizza Hyena, and the newest addition Chimichanga Ilama!
Check out Murrells Inlet for more dining options on the beautiful marsh overlooking Garden City!
