The two-level house of about 110 square meters is located in a quiet and private condominium. It is composed of two double bedrooms, a 3rd bedroom with two single beds, a large living room with open space kitchen and two bathrooms. A front porch with table and chairs and a lovely private garden with barbecue, outdoor shower with hot water, large communal garden with 2 free swimming pools open from 1st July to 31st August and possibility to use a tennis court (on reservation) for a fee. The house is equipped with all comforts: washing machine, TV, ironing board, iron, fan oven and refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, crockery, immersion blender, air-conditioned.



Our cozy villa is located in a very quiet residential area, with a large parking area, a few meters from the 3 supermarkets in the village.

The center, where you will find many services and evening entertainment, can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Within 3 km you can reach all the beaches and cliffs in the Villasimius peninsula (about 20). The beautiful beaches of Simius, Porto Giunco, Tanka Village, Timi Ama, Campus, Spiaggia del Riso, Campulongu, Capo Carbonara, Porto Sa Ruxi and many other beautiful beaches. The location of the house allows you to reach the beaches without necessarily passing through the town center, in just 5 minutes

Animals are not accepted, smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Maximum hygiene and cleanliness is assured.

Ample free parking is available on the street in front of the house.
