Accommodation & Interior



Villa Maronja has been lovingly refurbished, combining contemporary fixtures with rustic accents.



- Ground floor: Modern open plan American kitchen with an Island and chairs, with top-of-the-range appliances incl Bora ceramic cooking, wine fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, and breakfast bar; spacious dining area seating 8; bright living room with Smart TV and fiber optic internet access, opening onto terraces with views of the gardens. One double bedroom Suite is as well located on the ground floor, plus an additional guest toilet. The ground-floor en-suite bedroom also has private patio access.



- First floor: three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, built-in wardrobes, and two featuring Juliette balconies to enjoy the mountain and countryside views. One bedroom includes a freestanding bathtub for a touch of luxury. One bedroom has access to a sun terrace.





Outdoor Living & Pool



The villa sits on an approx. 400m2 landscaped plot with terraces, alfresco dining areas, and sun loungers for relaxation in the Mallorcan sun. The private pool is perfect for cooling dips or family fun and can be heated or gated on request.

- Welcome hamper included with : Orange juice, wine/champagne, beer, snacks, coffee capsules, tea, milk, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper.

- A fresh water dispenser with cold and hot drinkable water is located in the property with one 20 liter bottle included for the guests arrival. Extra bottles can be ordered for 25 Euros giving 1-2 day notice during the week ( no weekend delivery ), payable to the maintenance team.

- Towels provided (1 shower towel, 1 small towel, 1 pool towel, per person ), with mid-week towel change and quick clean either on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Extra cleaning can be arranged giving sufficient notice per hourly rate of 24 Euros plus Vat per hour.

- Laundry area with washing machine for longer stays

- Private driveway with covered parking for 2 ( one behind the other ).

- 1 Baby bed and 1 highchair available free of charge

- Optional private chef services available upon request, speak to our office



Maintenance: Gardeners and maintenance staff access the property 2–3 times per week to supervise installations, check pool quality, clean terraces, and water plants. For longer stays, full garden maintenance occurs on Friday or Saturday morning.

- Bedrooms 2–4: Twin beds separated or put next to each other.

Booking Information



- Booking fee: €150 per reservation

- Balearic Ecotax: €2.20 per person/night

- Refundable breakage deposit: 1500 Euros

- Pool heating available: €700/week
