Located in Vence, LA VENCIANNE II is a large 170 square metre holiday rental villa that is very sunny with a private pool. Its enclosed 500 square metre flower garden with its 2 equipped terraces will allow you to relax in peace. This beautiful Provencal villa can accommodate 8 people.



The villa is located in a residential area. You will be able to easily visit the beautiful medieval town of Vence, which is a 4-minute walk away, and you will be 10 km from the sea.



Inside, it consists of a fully equipped independent kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, 3 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen size bed (160 cm) each and the other with 2 single beds, a double sofa bed in the office that can be used as a bedroom, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower and 2 toilets.



Outside, you can enjoy a summer kitchen with barbecue, plancha as well as the pool.

A lovely Vence vacation

This was a great property for our family of 6 made up of our 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents. The pool was a good size with a good area surrounding for sunning yourself throughout the day. The outside kitchen was handy as is the window from the inside kitchen out to the covered table. It is only a 5 min walk into town, where there a plenty of restaurants and of course bakers for the morning croissants. We all loved our stay and would recommend this property.

Great location. It truly is right beside the town and we walked in at least once a day. Neighbourhood is very peaceful. Pool is beautiful and the house is fab. Vence is a fabulous location with lots of restaurants and cafes but not too touristy. We loved our stay and would certainly go back!

Lage, Haus und Pool waren perfekt. Auch wenn keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war es uns nicht zu warm, trotzdem wäre ein Klimagerät pro Raum gut.

Very nice lovely property in an excellent location

Lovely villa, very well equipped, clean, lovely pool, excellent for families. Only few minutes away from the town centre. Very good communication from the agent. Highly recommended.
