You will be welcomed for your holiday cottage in Charente-Maritime, in Chaillevette, in an old tide mill whose existence dates back to the 15th century, the current building was built between the seventeenth and nineteenth centuries.
Its location on an oyster port typical of the Presqu'Île d'Arvert, on the edge of Seudre and in a Natura 2000 area, will seduce you with its authenticity and its wild beauty.
Your accommodation will be, among others, near the beautiful sandy beaches of the Grande Côte, the seaside resort of Royan, the forest of Coubre, the zoo Palmyre and Ile d'Oleron.
You will enjoy free access to the large swimming pool of the mill (12 X 6 m), to the outdoor facilities of the property: terrace, plancha equipped, picnic tables, ping-pong, garden ...
The property is located in the middle of former salt evaporation ponds. Therefore, it is not suitable for young children to 10 (babies excepted).
