Flamingo SPA loft, is a small apartment on the sea, with breathtaking views on the island of Ortigia. From the bed, surrounded by a beautiful jacuzzi, or just from your bed, or while you eat breakfast you can admire a unique show in the world, including sailing ships at the port, and unforgettable sunrises on the sea and on the island of Ortygia . The house has been furnished with style, with a particular eye to comfort.

The house has been furnished with style, with a particular eye to comfort. Whether it's a holiday to explore the Eastern part of Sicily, or just Syracuse (this is the right choice).

THE NIGHT AREA:

The bedroom is on the first floor (mezzanine) which is accessed via a spiral staircase. The room has a large bed with memory foam mattress, jacuzzi with chromotherapy, dimmable lights to create atmosphere and admire the wonderful view of Ortigia and the small harbor. The sun rising from the sea.

The living area:

On the ground floor, with a very cozy area,

- Oven, dishwasher, espresso coffee and cappuccino machine, American coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, induction plate, and much more ...

The living area also offers a relaxation area with a sofa bed and TV smat, with youtube and netflix, and satellite channels

The bathroom:

It is reached from the ground floor, and has a double sink, washer-dryer, hair-dryer, hydromassage shower with chromotherapy.

Fantastic property, location, host

The loft is gorgeous, full stop. In walking distance from many amazing sights, activities, restaurants in Ortigia. Alverio provided a map, food, a tour, and many excellent suggestions. I ended up needing more than I had anticipated from him, and he was lovely about everything. Thank you! This was an incredible experience.

Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour dans ce petit duplex très bien situé face au port de Siracus. L’équipement est très complet. Le bain à bulles appréciable après une journée de visite touristique dans la ville. Le stationnement est très facile tout à proximité. ... et l’accueil est très sympathique.
