Superb Provencal type villa ideally located on the heights of Cannes with a breathtaking view of the bay and the Lerins islands. Covering an area of 400m2, the villa consists of a separate dining kitchen, a dining room in a row open to the living room and TV room, a laundry room, 3 bedrooms with their bathroom or shower, 'a bedroom and finally a master bedroom upstairs with dressing room, spa bath and private terrace. Outside the villa has a very large infinity pool accompanied by its spa (jacuzzi), a summer kitchen with BBQ and a pool house. A two closed vehicle garage is also available. A heliport surface accompanies this property. Ideal for seasonal rentals and private events.

We had an absolute dream vacation- the home is breathtaking, pictures don’t do it justice - the hosts were amazing and so response and kind- we were a group of 8 and an infant and could not have asked for more- so not hesitate to book!!

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay at the villa! The house is stunning and the view is even better! It was the perfect choice for our family that included grandparents, parents and grandchildren. The property owners are helpful and responsive and even helped us organize a private chef for one evening who cooked us an amazing meal. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the south of France - you won’t regret it!

Pegomas House

The property has the most amazing and stunning views, total privacy , and great location to Cannes, Mougins and Nice . Our Host, Fabian was always helpful, arranging a chef for us and even booking a hip restaurant in Cannes for our young adults! The pool area was superb, and we spent many fun hours enjoying the overall amenities.
