Beautiful apartment on the Playa de San Juan in Alicante, brand new where we have thought about the comfort and harmony of all the decorative elements so that the stay is as pleasant and pleasant as possible for our guests.
It has a room with a double bed of 150x190, new and super comfortable mattress. The decoration in light tones and the harmony of color invites to rest. We have placed a ceiling fan with three powers for each of the hot times of the year, however the apartment has air conditioning.

Finally, I have to talk about the terrace of this apartment where we can also have breakfast, lunch or dinner. To access the house there is an elevator.
The residential is very well cared for by gardening and swimming pool professionals, we have a gym for guests' use, as well as a sauna with showers near these places for the comfort of the users.
The beach is less than a 10-minute walk away. Supermarkets are very close as well as entertainment centers, restaurants and cocktail bars.
For golf lovers we have the golf course less than 10 minutes walk.
Less than 1 km. We have the tram stop that will take us either to the center of the city of Alicante or to the emblematic tourist city of Benidorm.
