Holiday cottage with swimming pool and various activities with room for 18 people. The activity room is 28 m² and here you can play billiards and table tennis. The house is equipped with a cot, high chair and outdoor is a sandpit. There are 3 bathrooms, one of which is with a 6 person whirlpool and sauna. Of course there is underfloor heating in the bathrooms and the rest of the house which incidentally is heated with geothermal energy. The pool is 18 m² and has a slide for the kids. Here you can improve your fitness throughout the week with daily strokes and combine this with pure relaxation in the whirlpool and sauna, located in and next to the pool room which has high-vaulted ceiling. The pool room and activity room is a great gathering place for the whole family. The crackling fire from the wood-burning stove can be enjoyed indoors. The kitchen is well equipped. The plot is 2,100 m² and there is ample space for ball games and other games. There are 110 m² terrace of which 46 m² is covered for barbecues and sunbathing and relaxation. Payment for consumption, and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
