Cozy house in Sainte Marie de Ré
Everything has been planned for your comfort in this 146m² house, not overlooked, on a plot of 400 m2 enclosed by wall, with 2 gardens (one north and one south with terrace), a patio, a bicycle shelter and possibility of park 2 vehicles, one under a covered porch (entrance with electric gate).
The house is ideally located 300 meters from the beach and 100 meters from shops, near the ATALANTE thalassotherapy center.
It consists of a large living room-kitchen, four bedrooms (one with a private bathroom + wc). Each room has an atmosphere.
There is also another bathroom as well as a separate toilet and a laundry room.
All the equipment necessary for your stay will also be at your disposal.
An animal is accepted on prior request.
A deposit check or a transfer before your arrival of € 1600.00 will be required on your arrival (returned one week after your departure)
