THE PROPERTY IS ON A 3RD FLOOR AND THERE IS NO LIFT

THERE IS 1 BATHROOM WITH SHOWER ON THE BATH AND 1 SEPARATED TOILET.

Very bright and spacious 3rd-floor panoramic flat, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins and 1 double. The flat is 110 sqm. Newly refurbished and furnished, it is in immaculate condition. Need just 12-15 mins walking to reach Caledonian and Strathclyde University, City of Glasgow college, Royal Infirmary, St. Mungo Cathedral, Necropolis and 20 mins walking to Buchanan Street.- Motorway M8 is at less than 1 mile and there is a bus stop just out of the entry door of the building and another one on the main street that is at 200 meters. There are buses going to city center every 3/4 mins. By pre-booked taxi, it is cheap to reach the city center and will take about 5 mins, it depends on the point of the city center you wish to reach as well as on the traffic. In the apartment, you will find some advice on how to move, included buses and taxis.

THERE IS A TESCO SUPERSTORE OPENED 24/h - 7/7 days and a Lidl supermarket at just 2 minutes walking and a LIDL.

In the property there are 2 twin bedrooms and one double, the total of beds are 4 single 3ft and 1 double, adding one single folding bed in each twin bedroom, can get a total of 7 beds that can host 8 people. The folding beds are large 80 cm and long 180/185 cm.
NEW CORNER SOFA BED IN THE LIVING ROOM, CAN ACCOMMODATE 2 PEOPLE. The size of the bed is cm 140 wide and cm 200 long.

BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED, as well as hair dryer, iron and board, and everything you can need in the house to enjoy your stay.

The kitchen is provided with gas fired cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, blender, storage & utensils, everything you might need.
There are a bathroom and a toilette, dining and living room.

This room is furnished with a double bed along with 1-bedside table, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and the office table with chair. There is a 32” led TV that you can use to plug a memory stick in too other than see Freeview/cable tv and free WI-FI. The room has a large window looking out to the front of the building. Mattress with high-quality memory foam topper, king size duvet, lockable door, digital safety box. New carpet.

TWIN BEDROOMS:

These rooms are furnished with 2 large single beds (3ft – 90cm) along with 2-bedside tables, built in wardrobe and 1 big chest of drawers. There is a wall mounted 32” led TV that you can use to plug a memory stick in too other than see Freeview/cable tv and free WI-FI. The room has a large window. Mattress with high-quality memory foam topper, doubles size duvet, lockable door, digital safety box. New carpet. IN THESE 2 ROOMS CAN BE ADDED A SINGLE FOLDING BED PER EACH ROOM TO GET A 3rd SLEEP. The size of this folding bed is cm 180/185 long and cm 80 large.

LIVING AND DINING ROOM
The living area has a sofa with coffee and nest tables, a 40" SMART LED TV and carpet flooring.
The dining area has laminate flooring and there is a big table with 6 faux leather chairs + other extra chairs.
