This very spacious T2 with capacity for up to 5 people, 2 large balconies with the possibility of BBQ and outdoor eating, just 5 minutes walk from the beach (300m), has everything needed to enjoy a great holiday in area without traveling by car.
Free Wi-Fi internet access is included to keep you connected as well as several TV channels for your entertainment.
The apartment has capacity for up to 5 adults with 1 en-suite bedroom with private bathroom and one with 1 double and 1 single bed.
The apartment also has a north-facing balcony with 2 parts, one enclosed in sunroom with table and chairs and another outdoor to grill and eat alfresco.

The property was amazing. Great location close to the beach, restaurants, shops, town square etc. The air con was an added bonus. The apartment contact was very helpful and responded to enquiries very quickly. One of the best apartments we have stayed in and we would stay there again

The condo was very clean, good size, loved the balcony and the solariums, good setup for cooking your own meals. The location is great only 7 minute walk to a fantastic beach. Property managers were very helpful. Gisela checked in with us throughout our stay. Check in was easy and Gisela and Joao helped make the stay enjoyable.

Very nice property

The apartment was spacious, light-filled, well equipped, and very clean. The owner supplied towels and bedding each week and cleaned the apartment after 2 weeks. The balconies were terrific, and the beach was a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

An amazing trip

What a wonderful apartment. Joao has created a wonderful space. It's bright, airy and has everything you need. The beds were so comfy and huge! Perfect position in Manta Rota.
