Modern villa with a private saltwater pool and garden, located 25 km from Rovinj. Villa Nikka was completely renovated in 2018, and offers the guests total privacy and relaxation. The 230 sqm of the villa are tastefully furnished with simple and modern furniture. The ground floor consists of a living room, an open fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, and a double bedroom with a private bathroom. The covered terrace overlooks the gorgeous spacious garden with swimming pool. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and one triple bedroom, and each of them has a private bathroom with a shower. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and provides private parking, bed linen and towels. The villa is ideal for a relaxing vacation in Istria, away from the city noise and crowds - perfect for making memories with family and friends.

Tolles Haus, mit großem Garten

Wir hatten schöne 14 Tage in dieser Villa. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön. Der Pool ist groß, eine Abdeckung war defekt bei unserer Ankunft, wurde aber umgehend repariert. Der Pool wurde wöchentlich gereinigt. Die Spielgeräte für die Kinder waren auch super. Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Bildern und alles war in einem guten Zustand. Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein. Ein paar Spinnenweben waren in der Ecke und Flecken von den "gefangenen" Stechmücken waren an den Wänden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr gut erreichbar. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Wir würden wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Nette vakantievilla in Istrië

Mooie vakantievilla in Istrië voor wil genieten van rust! Gevolg is dat je om brood te kopen een klein kwartiertje moet rijden met de auto. Wij bezochten deze villa met 2 gezinnen met pubers, in totaal 9 personen. Goede bedden voor iedereen! Toch jammer dat er geen airco is op elke kamer zoals beschreven! Er hangen slechts 2 airco's: eentje in de living en eentje in de traphal boven. Omwille van slecht weer moesten we binnen eten. Is lastig als er maar slechts 8 stoelen te vinden zijn, ook buiten geen extra stoel te vinden. Ook een tafeltennistafel niet gevonden. Ondanks deze min puntjes hebben we zeker genoten van onze reis! Toch handig voor nieuwe gasten dat advertenie klopt en dat men zorgt voor een extra stoel.
