Family Apartment Leon with Pool
Villa Leon extends over 120 sqm and is located on the first floor of a spacious and newly renovated house. It is decorated perfect combination of an authentic Istrian style and new, modern furnishings. There is a spacious garden with swimming pool that is used exclusively by guests of the apartments. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room decorated with Istrian details and equipped with an LCD TV, DVD player and sofa, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a large terrace with garden furniture. The house is air-conditioned. In front of the villa there is a beautiful garden with greenery, a grill and private swimming pool. The owner of the house lives on the ground floor, with the entrance at the back of the house, so the guests have their privacy and peace. Guests can also use bicycles, included in the price.
