Charming Holiday House Prenc is located in central Istria, near the town of Sveti Petar u Šumi. It can accommodate up to six persons. The house has been renovated in 2016 so it's a combination of traditional rustical and modern elements. It consists of two double bed bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower. In the main living area you can find a nice, comfortable and air conditioned living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and modern appliances. Between, the kitchen and the living room, there's a dining area. The house has an open outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill and a large wooden table with seating. Outside is a private pool, with beach chairs which are surrounded by a wonderful green garden with flowers. Come to Holiday House Prenc and spend a unforgettable Summer vacation. Fijn appartement

Schoon, modern en comfortabel appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijke vakantie. De WiFi is niet erg snel. Centraal gelegen en daarom ideaal om Istrië te verkennen. Een auto is een must. De eigenaren zijn lieve, hartelijke mensen de je privacy respecteren. Aanrader!
